I'm not sure if I'm ever shading in the shadows correctly. It's hard to tell how curved forms interact with light at different angles half the time. Practicing shading a cylinder is one thing, but it feels a lot different when trying to apply it to something.

I'd traight to promote the idea of direction, circles and lines are for line confidence, 3d spheres and cubes are for perspective and obviously the gradient and pencil shading is for lighting and value. You're doing three different studies on that page and you're doing very little of them. The first two are more closely influenced by one another and what I'd personally focus on more. But overall you're not doing anything wrong.

While this is correct for the eyeball/eyelid, the eyes themselves are looking 'straight'. For all intents and purposes, the 'center' is always stationary. It looks like you didn't fit the eyelids to fit the eyeball. On the left they're further apart, on the right they're closer together.

They should have something like a thigh gap, with the pubic area of the pelvis extended outwards, even crossed as the legs are here. Also, the feet look longer than they ought to.Good posing though

Got to thinking about sheep and all the fun stuff one could do with shearing, like making patterns in the fleece. Tried to do something to the effect of a spiral on the leg. Sadly, trad isn't the best format to be experimenting with unfamiliar concepts, especially when I have barely any desk space for my humble tools or even elbow room to maneuver the canvas comfortably. Might have to start drawing in bed at this rate.
