This one was weird. For the anon that asked about this, it's basically a what-if scenario in Deltarune where the Kris character was raised by the Holiday (Deer people) family, who aren't as tolerant to humans as Toriel and the Dreamurrs. Hey guys, I am writing a limted 3rd person perspective where it changes from character to character.

But I'm at a situation where they are swapping back, and don't known if I transition from chap to chap or change in-between. I intend to chang perspectives when those characters meet another MC but changing back idk. There are 4 MCs, but only a and b plots.

So my question is should I change perspectives chapter by chapter or transition when I feel it's necessary?

Sometimes you'll have to make a roll call as to when to switch POVs. Generally, the safest option is to do it chapter by chapter, and if something interesting happened from the other person's POV, cover that in the next chapter. But it's not a crime to switch POVs in the middle of a current chapter. It IS immersion breaking if you directly label who POV the new section involves.

The way to go isn't the right word. Iirc, it's more the epitome of 'write what you know' and it's easy for the author to self insert into the story to imagine what kind of erotic fantasies they want to have done to them, or to play out. Of course, not all first person POVs are self inserts, and not all are bad fics. They're just the easiest to make examples out of.

I've had a few ideas I've fixated on for a long time (but never written,) but recently I've been experimenting with a lot more concepts that I'll also probably never write. Thought I'd share some of them and see if any sound particularly interesting

>Guy has a childhood friend he grew up with. She's severely mentally disabled but she's amazingly hot. He gets into trouble a lot for liking her or beating up guys who try to molest her. fairly new. I saw some art floating around where artists would draw very girly pear shaped boys. I like the bodytype but I'm not interested in boys, but I think it crossed into the wiring of a transformation kink because because I started imagining the idea of a girl somehow "bottling up" her femininity so that it's something only the guy who actually loves them gets to experience it. Like, she considers herself a failure as a girl, being an undesirable flatty with a weight problem, but as a boy she gets to be seen as a desirable fucktoy and it's not as emotionally messy. And to the guy the girl is someone he wants to comfort or protect before even knowing she's a girl, then has an awkward moment with that he knows is wrong but feels good, then grows to cherish her actual femininity that she tried to suppress.

Final chapter of the Planescape short story. Thanks to all who have read it and especially to those who provided feedback, it was very appreciated. I feel like I learned a lot writing something longer, and something that was mostly not smut. This chapter took me longer to finish, and I won't give any excuses besides staying busy with real life and the fact that I didn't want to make it a letdown if the smut was why someone read this. Still, I don't think it was my best smut, since the scenario wasn't terribly interesting in my opinion. I ended up writing two characters who weren't necessarily sexual.

At the end of the day, I wonder if it would have been better to have finished the story at chapter 10 and skipped the smut entirely... Oh well, I promised it when I first started posting. Finishing this is like a weight off my shoulders, because I can return to older stuff now. Then, eventually, this will be 'older stuff', and I can return to it for a sequel! I already have an idea or four...
