Knowing when to use your fingers/wrist/forearm/whole arm for specific lines can go a long way, and mostly just comes down to time and practice. It's not specifically what you asked for, but hopefully there's some consolation that most unsteadiness solves itself eventually. It's simpler than juggling brush settings.Though to answer your question specifically, I'd grab a few pre-made brushes online, especially from artists you like, and see what settings they use. Settings related to velocity and tapering tend to be the most noticeable settings to touch outside of the raw stabilization setting. I usually just draw a circle at medium-speed and adjust my stability up or down until the shakiness looks less obvious. The lower the stabilization the better IMO tho since there's less input delay. I'm always tempted to set it at 0 but that's mostly pride talking.
