It should be a circuit, fluffed as one that brings all incorporated tattoos/circuits/seals into mystic and aesthetic harmony, and should have no cap to assigned components. Fatemark should be adjusted to require this new composite circuit with a minimum of five tattoos/circuits/seals. This way, it allows the soulmark mutation to bring along more than just tattoos should the player reincarnate.Internal circuit should be internal tattoo, given its limited purview, which means that these two options can switch places easy enough.That's just my opinion, though.

A Demon Seal might incorporate the associated seal(s?), but extra tattoos and all circuits are left behind. But mostly, I think that it would be cooler to expand the idea of composite tattoo into a bigger thing that can provide a greater sense of unity to the player, which I think was its initial intention some edits ago.
