i mean depends on what you're asking for. fundamentally these are just circles, so there's not really any shortcuts but it's also the easiest thing to understand. spend some time each day doing practices and pages of shapes, circles, squares, cones, etc. build on this practice eventually with volume, perspective, etc on the shapes. there's plenty of tuts or follow alongs for you to go with. this is a start any artist should do. if you're really trying and paying attention you'll see improvements in like a week, realistically sooner, importantly building up your muscle memory, something that can't be thought, you just have to draw a lot. muscle memory very important! you wanna draw good circles, draw a LOT of circles. then look at artists that you like and really dissect what you like about them and keep it in mind next time you draw.
it might sound like a lot, it really isn't. just draw and have awareness of what you're doing
for more advanced tips, you're gonna have to be more specific
you'll get out what you put in

couple things to try as well, try sketching in perspective grids to help make your 3d shapes make a bit more sense and also if your tablet is a decent size try drawing more with your elbow rather than your wrist. itll help with those longer round strokes for drawing cirlces and orbs and shit
