Judging from the handful of times I've checked artist pages on Bluesky though I'd guess that the ones who genuinely hate AI don't keep to themselves. I remember listening to an art podcast with Proko and Marshall Vandruff when AI was really taking off during the 1.5 days. Marshall said he thought the tech was interesting and looked forward to seeing how it developed, but never wanted to admit to that because of the backlash he would get from his peers. I'd imagine there are a lot of cases like that. Obviously there are tons of artists who are hostile to the concept (another Proko video had like a 50% dislike ratio when they interviewed someone who was developing gen AI and defended its existence), but I don't think it's >90%.
