I've seen the name Pack Street being thrown around here for a while. What is Pack Street? Why it is so famous?
>buck's sakeEpic /mlp/ moment.
>>79938538Christ you must be new, or just starting conversation. Its a fanfic by Weaver, I havnt read it but many here love it.
>>79938608I'm glad Weaver is furfags' problem now. Negra made the least funny MLP comics I've ever seen.
>>79938666>knotting after 2 thrustsWhat a sloot you've brought us, Satan.
>>79938538Pack Street is a good OC oriented Zootopia fanfic seriesI guess it got really popular because it doesn't just has good art for it made by the writer, good character designs, it also takes the setting and used it creativly to tell a story that very well could take place in the city while the actual movie is going on elsewhere. The story follows a young adult sheep moving out from his parents to a predator neighbourhood in the middle of the night-howler conspiracy. He has a weird thing that he loves bug-burga that is mostly seen as a "disgusting pred food" by most sheep, so his disconnect from his own people and the "unknown" culture of predators is a very fun base for the narrative of the story, as he gets to know his predator neighbours and sees them for the people they are rather than the monsters the current social climate of the city paints them.
>>79938727Eh I wouldn't say it's good. This and his FNAF fanfiction are the same, Weaver's life experience mixed with an existing IP.It doesnt tell a story, or even attempt to finish it, it's more of a setting.
>>79938639seems like you prefer Borba comic
>>79938837
what happened to bernielover?
>>79938860
>>79938714I think I read this fic
>>79938788I think PS told a good story if we look at Remmy's journey of coming to terms with it that he never had connections like what he had with his new pack, and he actually puts effort into becoming better, repairing his relationships. There is opening for other storylines, like him getting a new job, but I guess since the close friends that was Weaver's co-writer on PS passed away we won't bee seeing much of it.
>>79938592what the pork is zootrashpia lingo dough
>>79938538It's a fanfic story written in the Zootopian environment, that touches on various themes that strikes an accord with various generations in todays world.>https://archiveofourown.org/works/12141837/chapters/27547896(Don't know why that was so hard to find...?>>79938608>I havn't read it but many here love it.You are doing yourself a disservice trying to absorb the story here in the threads instead of actually reading it.It actually has depth and social interest that seems different every time you read it.>>79938727Beat me to it, I even had the same image...
It's crazy how all of these motherfuckers fucking died
Someone mentioned Jared's shenanigans on twitter. If you're in this new thread, what did you mean?
>>79938897Is that the one where they actually stay friends, date other partners and break up because it never works out and just talk it out until they realize how stupid they have been all along for not noticing they are eachothers soulmates all along and we see the flash forwards through time?
>>79939039Im sure its good, given the amount that like it that feels safe to say. I just never got around to it and knowing it will likely stay unfinished kinda makes me scared of getting into it too much.
>>79938837>>79938860>>79938874The lengths that this guy has resorted to self-parody in hopes to make lightning strike twice have been incredibly pathetic and sad to watch. I think he's just self-aware enough to realize that his station in life will forever be 'the abortion comic guy' now, but not enough to realize that he only got there because it was so spontaneous, that it was a completely sincere reflection of his personal beliefs, something that was intended to be taken completely seriously. Everything since then has been him just going "haha, yes, I am the abotion comic guy!" and inviting you to laugh at him from the get-go, and it feels like that's being done largely out of contempt for the bruised ego he must have from knowing that he got famous for something people make fun of
>>79939079Nope. It the one where they grow old together and Judy buys a tulip.
>>79939125>knowing it will likely stay unfinishedThe major arc of the story is actually finished, but as it reflects 'life', you could say the narrative will never finish...
>>79938874imagine being that disconnected that you don't know that snakes (including Gary) don't have fucking eyelidsalso, it it just me or has his art progressivly became worse? Like this is the most off-putting rendition of Judy and Nick yet if we don't count the actual context of the image.
>>79939077His Q&As, one of them mentioning #WildeHopps and saying "Ill keep the answers to those questions to myself for now ;)"I mean come on, a winky face, really...
>>79939161Hmm, dont recall that one, but I dont even remember then name of the one I was thinking of.
>>79939224>Hmm, dont recall that one, but I dont even remember then name of the one I was thinking of.There's so many fics that it's no wonder only a couple ever really stood out.
>>79939079>>79939161You guys may be thinking of this one;>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xXO4xZKMJA
>>79939147him struggling to come to terms with it that he alianated an entire fandom is glorious to watch really. His content is basically banned from most fan-sites and discords because every zootopia fan realized at this point that he is doing this out of spite and his "fanart" has nothing "fan" about them. He exploits the popularity of the characters not actually interested to celebrate the characters.I mean, he is 60something right now, probably has an early onset dementia or something
>>79939305Goddamn, I'd forgotten about Alec breaking our hearts like that, but that wasn't the one either.I can't remember the name of it anymore.
>>79939305i forgot the bondage guy did something like this lol
>>79939125>knowing it will likely stay unfinished kinda makes me scared of getting into it too much.To be honest, the chapter it's on now isn't really that bad of a final chapter. Remmy's story arc is pretty much complete at this point-- chapter 32 was basically the climax of the whole series --and Weaver himself said in a stream a couple years ago that the plot from there was really going to be just tying off a few of the last remaining loose ends in a few more low-key chapters before it found a good time to properly ride off into the sunset. Chapters 33 and 35 are probably pretty representative of what the remainder of the series would have been paced like. You can pretty comfortably read through the series as it is and still feel satisfied. I mean, I have. I reread the whole thing on a camping trip this summer.
>>79939305See, forgot about this one but now I remember it.But nah, it was text only Im pretty sure.
>>79939447>i forgot the bondage guy did something like this lolNothing wrong with Judy in bondage...
>>79939170>>79939469Thanks guys, to be fair I love Guardian Blue, read it several times as well, though it hurts every time ends unfinished it isnt a terrible stopping point a few chapters back either. With this new wave of Zootopia content I might just start trying fics again, then Ill make it a priority.
>>79939322Did he not realize how out of character it all was? Like not even touching on the abortion debate itself, Judy would 100% be thrilled to have a kid with Nick. She has hundreds of family members to help raise a baby. Nick has his mom. The child/children would not interfere with their work. You could also argue that by the time they got to the point of having kids she'd no longer need to be a cop to be happy. Just being with Nick and their kids, and maybe even a desk job at the precinct would be more than enough. Blaming the backlash simply on the abortion aspect is a handwavey excuse.
>hoping nothing shitty kills you off before WildeHopps officially gets confirmedI just gotta survive 10-20 more years.
>>79939653he literally argued that he thinks this is 100% what the real Judy would've behaved like. When people disproved it, he then moved the goalpost and said that it wasn't out-of-character because only the creators would know how Judy and Nick would deal with an unwanted pregnancy so his portrayal cannot be out-of-character, since we don't have a reference for it what's in-character for them.Which is a total bull reasoning and I told him that, because we haven't seen them deal with financial-troubles either but we can say it with 100% certainty that robbing a bank wouldn't be their solution to it.So after a while he just gave up and admitted that he had this idea for a comic for a while and Judy and Nick just happened to be popular so HAD to use them, even if he had to change Judy's and Nick's personality a bit, but he still couldn't admit that they were OOC, he literally doesn't understand the meaning of the word, that him CHANGING Judy's and Nick's personality to force them into a breakup is literally what OOC means.
>>79939653and lets not start the topic, of Judy dreaming of making the world a better place, if she would give birth to the first healthy predator-prey hybrid, it would be a world-sensation that shows to the whole world, how far the unity between species has evolved. Her baby would literally be an icon of hope and love and make the world a better place. But noooo, Borba had to use the most cookie-cutter pro and anti-choice arguments and make Judy as dislikable as possible by only caring about her carreer (something she was ready to give up when she felt like she failed the city)
What is your favorite position for gay sex?
>>7994029569ing, of course
People say Pawbert can’t be redeemed, but they don’t say shit when murderous cops are chilling with the bun family or complicit mayors get away scott free?
I got an idea for a fic but I'm not sure if I should make it Zootopia based or turn it into an original story.
>>79939039>You are doing yourself a disservice trying to absorb the story here in the threads instead of actually reading itSometimes when something is praised too much and talked about too much and recommended too much you get this feeling of opposition. Like... OK damn it, enough. I'm not in the mood for this thing. I get the same feeling with video games. 30 different people kept telling me "Play Mass Effect, you'll love it!" and the more people recommend it, it just makes me want to play it less. It's dumb, but that's how my brain works.
>>79940748I see you. Me, I never cared for the characters and wanted much more of what made zootopia unique from the setting, so I never touched it. And that's fine. But I'd be lying if the literal years of top priority it seemed to have here didn't start to grate.
>>79940697Well, depends.I had that dilemma not long ago too.The setting has a lot of stuff I'd like to use, but I also want the ability to capitalize on it.I think USING the setting, the character designs so basically visually make it POSSIBLE for the story to take place in Zootopia, while not actually never mentioning "Zootopia" as a city or anything that would obviously confirm it is a good middle ground
>>79939147Is this Tommy Wiesau?
I hope with how Zootopia 2 played out that we get more romantic, sensual, and/or loving art of Nick and Judy. I like art of them fucking just fine but there seems to be a lack of the other kinds comparatively. I know it'd take a bit of time but if someone animated them dancing at the gala I would love them so much.
>>79942342>if someone animated them dancing at the gala I would love them so muchDo you want that to be 2D or 3D?
>>79938727This is an excellent summary of what Pack Street is. Whether it's "good" or not is entirely subjective - it's not particularly my thing despite being quite popular with many Anons here.To each their own, you know?Anyway, think of it as a fairly extensively-developed Fan Fiction. That's all.
>>799423732d would take longer but could be prettier. I'm not begging for it or anything, it's just wishful thinking. I don't care what artists make. I just hope we get a good bit of the romantic/sensual stuff along with the normal dicks and titties. Which are also fine.
@typpiclethis job market and my prospects got me feeling like this

@ClNsg79
>>79943092IT HURTSPLEASE LET HIM FREE
>>79943092>>79943597I feel so bad for Pawbert but at the same time I don't want him redeemed. He is a tragic villain, that definetly was pushed to do bad things by outside forces like his horrible family... but he was given an out. He was offered a second and a third chance, once with Gary's friendship, and once with Judy's sympathy... and he choose betrayal both times. Being forgiven at this point, only after he failed to murder his way into his dad's favors... it would never prove that he regretted what he did. He needs to live with this regret. He needs to go through the turmoil of hating himself. He needs to understand that he deserved to fail. That he deserved to loose the chance at real friendships. That he should've chosen to be different.
>>79943920Might as well just kill himself at this point
>>79941134>literal years of top priority it seemed to have hereWell, there's a reason for that.Sure it's not Earth shattering, but it is very believable in the Zootopian setting.I mean, the FNAF people don't rave about Roommates much, but as a stand alone story, of a stranger in a strange land trope, t'also a very readable story.>https://archiveofourown.org/works/11250126/chapters/25147599Just fro reference.
>>79943920>>79940592*tapping signs*I disagree. Free my boy Pawbert, give him years of community service and make him take state-mandated therapy, and he’ll flourish.
>>79944016ad the novelization said,he technically got what he wantedhe is not equal with his brother and sister and father in the Lynxley name. Meaning that the name means literally means "horrible criminal" now. I hope his family will reconcile with him. I hope his father will realize all of this would've been avoidable if he would've treated his kids better.Hope Kitty and Cattrick will realize they could've been better older siblings to him. That's all the good I can wish for Pawbert. He wanted to become like his family. Now they all can be horrible criminals in jail together, but maybe they at least can still have eachother.
>>79944073Pawbert tried to kill 4 people. All 4 technically first degree, with fully planned, premeditated and weapon-assisted.Yeah Hogbottom, loaded a lethal dart, but she wouldn't have pulled the trigger, someone knocked into him, that's the only reason the gun was fired. And many are missing the point that at the end all the cops that chased Judy and Nick are sent to partner-therapy themselves. They were reprimanded for not trusting their fellow officers Judy and Nick.
>>79944133Nigga he is gonna get abused in there for sure.>>79944228They were ruthless in their chase, definitely endangered their lives multiple times.
>>79944063It also just has a lot of cachet here especially because1. It's made by someone who already had name recognition on 4chan almost 20 years ago2. It's made by someone who knows how to play the game of thread engagement for that reason3. The setup (single young man, etc) is pretty popular on 4chan, either because people relate to it or because it allows for a lot of headcanons and shipping (which feeds back into to the second point of creating engagement)4. It actually does present an interesting social dynamic that plays off and expands on the movie's canon very well5. The cast is varied and developed enough that they're pretty flexible with character interactions and extrapolationOn top of it also just being a fun slice of life/drama read. I think it's for all these reasons that it far outlived all of the other thread fan settings. Shorty Squad was fine, but I'll be honest, I read through all of Inky's short stories for the setting and it didn't create a whole lot of intrigue. I liked Pizza Pals overall, but it felt kind of limited to its one primary setting. Littlest Hustlers is probably my favorite of these-- it has quite a lot of potential and I think it only fell short because that potential just wasn't used the way Pack Street's was.
idgi nobody wanted to redeem the sheep
>>79945538She was not complex and a victim. She was just a bigot. And not nearly as charismatic and cute.
>>79945538Shepard
>>79942342>if someone animated them dancing at the galaHow many of these would you like? And the fact you can create them yourself...
>>79945694If I was asking for AI I could have just made it myself, you know
>>79945731I did feel it surprising to think there was someone out there that didn't know you can do most things with Ai now...That said, I think there might be a .gif or two of them dancing somewhere?
>>79943092"man i should have took those BJJ classes how did i get folded by a fox 2/3 of my size and half my weight"
>>79945582Wrex.
>>79944589Shit, you know what, I'm forgetting about Calvin and Tristan. That one was pretty good, too, but it also had a lot of untapped potential
>>79946077It was the rabbit kicks man
>>79946241DADDY SAVE ME ITS A SEDENTARY HUSTLER FOX THAT WERE TALKING ABOUT AIEEEEE
>>79946077Nick was mourning, and pissed, and probably going off adrenaline. Pawbert's kind of a twinky little mailroom rich boy. No offense to twinky office working homosexuals. I'm just saying that I totally believe Nick could take on Pawbert.
>>79938639Fuck you, Weaver is the GOAT.
>>79945694This is still slop. The gala was not attended by only bunnies, foxes, and Anna from Frozen.
>>79941134>But I'd be lying if the literal years of top priority it seemed to have here didn't start to grate.I honestly try my hardest to agree with you guys feeling every time this argument is brought up but it's just too absurd to pretend these threads were getting new Zootopia stuff back then, new content was fics (too slow, often shitting themselves to death or being dropped) or ocs (fast shooting stuff that the thread had). What I do agree now is that this general should not have had OCs to keep it alive and should've died back in 2019~ and not have been brought back with the new movie. It definitely should not have been brought back after the hack, most of all.
>>79947221Why does it really matter if the scope of the thread evolved over the years
>>79946499motherfucker wants to frame snakes for it when the cops were on his dad payroll, bro no need just glock them down and blame one another
OK FINE IM A FURRY
i watched the 2nd movie i rly liked itgot any nibbles stuff?
>>79947457>got any nibbles stuff?I see you're quite cultured, sadly vanilla wonder is not as appreciated currently
>>79947415>OK FINE IM A FURRYYou've come to the right place.
>>79947221I'm happy the general stuck around. It was nice to piss around with people who liked the movie and Nick n Judy. Made the 10 year wait a little less annoying. Will make the next 10 year wait ... nah it's gonna really suck.
>>79947996Surely we'll get a Wildehopps kiss in Zootopia 4.
>>79944228Isn't Judy in bed with the mob, who regularly dips people into pools of liquid nitrogen and doesn't feel bad about it?
>>79944228>Yeah Hogbottom, loaded a lethal dart,I honestly couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that. I kept thinking of the godly lethal dart skull and crossbone poison that when shot at people, kill them.I'm so fucking sad Papa Lynxley didnt say "UNALIVE THEM HOGBOTTOM"
>>79947996>10 yearI didn't fucking think of this. I'll just kys myself right now. I don't think they've ever released an animated sequel within what, at least 7 years? Oh but we'll get 20 goddamn live action remakes every other year of lifeless looking talking animals churned out like Amish making butter for a county fair.
>>79948713Honestly they mention death and murder a lot in the movie. I was surprised. At times I was wondering if it was pg, or if Nick was going to drop a damn when Judy was in danger. I'm not saying it was super adult for grown ups like me I'm so mature haha, but it felt like it was pushing a bit of the Disney limit? I saw someone say they felt the writer must have wanted Nick n Judy to kiss during that hug scene but Disney held them back perhaps. Zootopia feels like classic golden age level quality Disney to me so whatever they're doing keep it up.
Let's take ibuprofen together!

>>79949523How many inches is nick packing here, the man is barely with in arm's reach
After almost a decade my Nick finally has his Judy.(sorry for the terrible lighting btw)
>>79949758Still a shame they honestly canceled Disney infinity since it honestly still would have been doing fine
Wait if they teased Zoot 3 that possibly means they already started on it, right?
If no one is going to write Gary x Pawbert fanfiction, I WILLThey deserve to be happy together
>>79949822I never played nor was I interested in the game, frankly. I was too old for it even then. The Infinity figures were pretty much the only Zootopia merch I could even find in the shops in my area back in 2016, and everyone here was saying how surprisingly good the sculpt was on Nick's, so I picked it up. Can't remember why I didn't just buy Judy as well, though.
>>79949954If they've done anything on it yet I would guess that it's only very early concept development discussions, and they most likely would have taken place during Zootopia 2's production. The crew would want to take a break from thinking about Zootopia for a while too, I would imagine.Trust me, no matter what anyone might tell you, it is not fun to make a movie.
>>79947221>should've died back in 2019And every other month, you came back to remind us...
gay gay gay GAY homosexuel
>>79948350I am so tired of this "Judy is a bad cop, she works with criminals" argument."in bed with the mob" usually means an exclusively selfish relationship with organized crime, where an officer betrays the department and its badge, accepts bribes to cover up the activities and crimes for the criminal organization. Judy never accepted money from Mr.Big, and any interaction she has with him and FruFru always only benefits a case, the truth and getting another criminal behind bars, it never benefits Judy on a personal way. Fact is, Mr.Big didn't turn Judy into a dirty cop, or an associate. She turned Mr.Big into a "Criminal Informant" (CI). Mr.Big is in much bigger danger due to the fact that he helped investigations, if other families would find out about their relationship's nature, it would be highly possible the other families would unite to take out Mr.Big
