Maybe you could get away with having nothing but the relevant subject prompts and with the right settings you'd have the right result without much deviation, but I don't know. Only have to delete mentions of genital fluids of any kind as those will go absolutely anywhere and everywhere you allow them to.That said I do expand the inpaint mask an extra time to use it with inpaint crop+stitch's optional context mask input. It might lower the detail amount as it's less focused, but I don't fiddle enough with realism for that to matter as much.
