Judith auto searches Judy on twitter, and anon showed up and posted a cute pic, but nothing else. I ask again, any cute Judith or Frufru art dropped since the sequel?
>>80020806It's been a longass time since I saw new Desmond and Molly fan art, I wouldn't mind that
Evil Judy: "I do NOT want pred dick, it sounds disgusting."
>>80017204Are you into Zelda like you're into Inuyasha? I can't binge the show more than once because that would be too many episodes for me but I feel like Link and Zelda share enough relationship content to surplant my InuGome craves.
>>80021468bro is casually doing the FEMALE FOX pose
>>80022225I am super into Zelda. This is gonna sound stupid but I;m very autistic about things being on-model and there is so, so, so painfully little on-model NSFW InuKag art. I have drawn a few pieces myself (mostly for fanfics I posted) to satiate my need for more "on-model" artwork because so many artists either have an ugly art style, or they draw Kagome with massive fucking mommy milkers, but worst of all, they make InuYasha a buff dude with a 6 pack when he is quite obviously supposed to be a cute little twink like Link is. Link also sadly gets very little straight or solo on-model stuff which also annoys me.I also tend to think only the first 50 or so episodes of InuYasha are the very best; everything after that is good too, but not always, especially once they get into the band of seven arc which I find drags too long and was really dumb in some aspects and broke my "feudal Japan" immersion with the mechanical / cyborg character. Worst arc ever.To keep things on-topic, did anyone else get "I'm jealous" vibes from Nick (as much as I dislike it being resident WildeHopps-anti) when Judy and Pawbert were conversing in the ballroom? Pawbert seemed quite taken with her and was lowkey checking her out before she saw Gary on the ceiling.
>>80023440Reminds me of this doujin where Judy bribes Nick with sex if he does well in police academy.
>>80023539>Pawbert seemed quite taken with her and was lowkey checking her out
>>80023621I get that he's a bad guy and almost certainly did bump into her on purpose, I just wish he got to be a good guy :( forever sad they went with the twist villain thing, I called it in the theatre while I was watching hoping it wouldn't be true but I was right all along. It would have been much more satisfying if Pawbert had a change of heart. Seeing Gary thrown into the snow, looking sad, cold, and shivering made me feel so sad and heartbroken for the poor little guy. I don't get why Pawbert would want anything to do with his family considering how they treated him and made him work in the mail room. They were awful to him through and through, so why was he so desperate for their approval?
>>80023539>I have drawn a few pieces myself (mostly for fanfics I posted) to satiate my need for more "on-model" artwork because so many artists either have an ugly art style, or they draw Kagome with massive fucking mommy milkers, but worst of all, they make InuYasha a buff dude with a 6 pack when he is quite obviously supposed to be a cute little twink like Link is.I like the consistency of character depictions. I'm not as strict for off-models myself but I do find it aggravating when people keep drawing small and modest breasted women with huge honkers, it takes away their charm points. As for Inuyasha himself, ottermode athletic twunk is his best build. I don't think he should be depicted as a body builder given his speed facing much large much larger demons. Important question though: does he have a knot?>Link also sadly gets very little straight or solo on-model stuff which also annoys me.Most of his best work is on Twitter by Asian artists. They give him the poignant hero look that he deserves.>I also tend to think only the first 50 or so episodes of InuYasha are the very best; everything after that is good too, but not always, especially once they get into the band of seven arc which I find drags too long and was really dumb in some aspects and broke my "feudal Japan" immersion with the mechanical / cyborg character. Worst arc ever.I'll keep that in mind actually, that'll give me a reason to get back into the classic anime again. >To keep things on-topic, did anyone else get "I'm jealous" vibes from Nick (as much as I dislike it being resident WildeHopps-anti) when Judy and Pawbert were conversing in the ballroom? He definitely looked taken aback seeing Judy laugh with someone else, especially being dolled up for the Gala in her dress.
>>80023854>Important question though: does he have a knot?I've been asked this by a reader of my fanfics (when I didn't outright state one way or the other) but I believe with how human-like he looks, absolutely no, his dick is a normal human-like one. Especially considering he doesn't have fur; a knot on a non-furred character (especially human-looking) would be kinda cursed because he would need to have a sheath with no fur on it. Absolutely cursed lol. I think Sesshomaru has a knot in his true doggy form tho>They give him the poignant hero look that he deserves.I had a Twitter but got banned (???) for some reason despite never posting and having owned the account since 2010. No matter the appeals I never got a response. I'm not sure I find it worth it to try and make a new account.Up to episode 54 is great, then chronologically it's the first movie which I greatly enjoy, but the 2nd movie is better for the kiss.>He definitely looked taken abackI noticed this especially. It really drives home the theory I have (and which a few others suggested) that Nick literally has nobody else so he's very protective / possessive of Judy for that reason. I get the vibe he'll be insecure if she made friends with other males.
>>80023576This one is really good especially when judy starts getting demoted
>>80023744Anyone can see a broken family on the outside.A lot of them can see it on the inside, make the kind of call that someone like Pawbert couldn't.But then some people, they see the mythology, the pride, the virtue of remaining loyal. It becomes a religion, a pantheon you worship as some begger on the streets. You can't tell them it's stockholm when they get to that point, only hope they realize it, and some other way to love, retell their relations before that confusion destroys them.
>>80023539We get it, you are a chronic narcissist that wants to be the special contrairian who wants to be better than everyone else. Please shut up.
How old do we think Pawbert and Gary are?For me, Pawbert feels like mid to late 20s and Gary feels like late teens/early 20s.
>>80023744Because he actually admired their ways, that's the difference between conviction and being a lesser individual. He worked hard because he wanted to be a real big shot like his family, who was capable of holding a whole legacy all off just stealing one thing. He was shown the value of business in the cut throat world and the reality of how hard work like he was doing was made for people beneath the best in the world. It wasn't just about the approval, it was about actually being part of the best he was always able to see. Working like a commoner and living a normal life, all things that none of them had to do and if he could achieve it then he'd be like them and part off the betters.A lesser person, a bigger person, could easily say that it's wrong and that you should always do the right thing and good will eventually come. Some people equally acknowledge that sometimes hard work can genuinely mean nothing in the long run for some. Why live like everyone else if you could easily reach for the chance to be above it all especially if you've only ever been on one side of the fence.Pawbert actually sticking to the same morals, uninhibited by his family or even being prompted to pursue it, actually does show how he was truly willing to think for himself and make his own call rather than just choosing what would be 100% easier and going to live a simple life by just abandoning his family. It shows that he's willing to have greater values beyond just morals and that like anyone else he actually does have his own ambition by any means necessary
>>80025000Someone staying consistent with their views and opinions doesn't make them a narcissist or a contrarian.

Good afternoon my fellow degenerates! I had the fattest of naps, and deepest of sleeps along with a productive day I'd say - not to bring anybody down that is.I hope we can keep things civil for this thread <3>nb4 stfu, you're already participating in a thread that is meant for a cartoon meant for people far younger than usListen I got an interesting proposition, more so a scenario if anything. We all know that birds are gonna be the focus of the next film and there was even an Anon who said that it will release in 2029 to coincide with the Chinese Year of the Rooster two threads back (he even went as far as saying that the year represents fidelity meaning that Wildehopps will happen as well). My little thought experiment is this: What level of sentience do you guys think birds will have?Fish don't have any thoughts behind those eyes as far as Zootopia 2 is concerned, and bugs & insects also follow this same rule as well (i.e the famous Bug-Burga). Poultry is a relatively human made evolutionary tale, same as modern day cats and dogs so the idea of it probably won't exist for Zootopia's world as well. That doesn't stop us from asking why it took three films to get to this point, so I am thinking that some species of birds were still bred just like the sheep we see in film - but they fucked it up big time. Sheep still have the modern wool content for self-domestication purposes, and they are shown to be a little more dim than other species. Maybe chickens exist but their mental side effects were much more heavier to the point where the mammals were disgusted with what they had done, and outcasted them.Maybe the shadiest of places would have taken soms of them in a sold them as a high value commodity meal. Maybe there are more restrictions on it than fish because it is a Zootopian creation rather than a natural creation. Just something to engage about, I don't know, you tell me! I'm very interested to hear everyone's thoughts on this.
>>80028214>There's a scene in a WildeHopps bodyguard AU where you can definitely see how overly possessive Nick is of Judy, it's great.Which AU is this? Sunderance? I read the first part, but haven't gotten around to the second part mainly because it's unfinished and I don't wanna kick myself for months waiting for a pet project that might or might not be done before the decade is out.
>>80028750Well I looked up year of the rooster and it represents new beginnings. I'm curious if, in the Chinese mindset, if confessing ones true love to the other is considered a new beginning. There's also the english sayings of love is in the air, and love birds.
>>80028906That's the one, yeah. It gets pretty good once you shift your perspective of Zootopia being totally different than what's shown in the movies. It's really good pay off considering where their relationship started at the beginning.
>>80025014I'm of the understanding that Pawbert is the youngest of the Lynxleys, Gary is the oldest (but his closest relatives are a teen and a kid so I don't know).I honestly think that Gary, Pawbert, and Judy are all around the same age range. Definitely in their mid 20's, with Pawbert being the younger of this trio. I'd maybe go as far as saying he's probably like 19 compared to them, the equivalent of like a freshman surrounded by graduate students. Gary being a late teen to me could work but I think he's been planning this for a while, and his level of optimism (which could be read as naivety) just gives off the impression of a younger person. That's why I think he's probably the same age as Judy in this instance.
>>80029123Yeah I very much enjoyed reading the whole comic, I know it's supposed to be Zistopia-esque but with its own identity. Once I got through that hurdle, I started to understand it a lot better. No spoilers but the differing origin for Nick and his family was a fresh new breath from what I have previously seen. His story with Judy was really nice (even if he couldn't stop himself from putting his hands on her), and the pay off was certainly worth it in the end!I was thinking since it's gonna be a little darker, the author might go full edge but I was pleasantly surprised at the end. thewyvernsweaver also did a great job at illustration for the first part, the lack of colour really highlights the narrative it's pushing for.
>>80029123>Entirely different characters in an entirely different setting This is why I bounced off of it, as it happens. At that point you're just borrowing characters' likeness for recognition.
>>80028969>I'm curious if, in the Chinese mindset, if confessing ones true love to the other is considered a new beginning.Ha, that would just be the perfect way to end of the Zootopia trilogy only to begin the next trilogy. I'm not sure what the plan is for Nick and Judy but I am really hoping for that dopamine critical moment when they confirm Wildehopps. If they do decide to go through with it, I'd assume that would be the wrap for their story. Yes, you can go ahead and continue with more and more cases, but it seems that both movies at this point have developed the foundation for their relationship. You can't just keep breaking their relationship only for them to come back together in the end again (unless it makes a shit ton of money).I think if your new beginnings idea was to come into fruition, then I think we would see a new pairing together for the fourth film (nuts I know, but hey maybe we might get Jack Savage and Skye after all).
I want to get an iPad to get into digital art and make Zootopia drawings. After some research, I'm thinking about getting an iPad Air 11". What do you think?
>>80028750I personally can't see them having anything less than the same levels of sentience/consciousness/intelligence as the mammals and reptiles do. It does raise some difficult questions but I've thought a bit about how they could potentially be answered, and wrote up a very quick Act One treatment for where I think they could go with it in Zootopia 3, assuming that they decide to continue with the theme of Nick and Judy bringing down xenophobic villainous plots and building bridges between the different animal taxonomic classes. If this sounds familiar to anyone it's because I posted a slightly less refined version of this in an earlier thread.>So, why are there currently no birds in Zootopia? Birds were the first animals to begin forming civilisations and kingdoms before the mammals and reptiles did, and they historically chose to amalgamate their societies into a single entity called Birdonia (or something like that). Historically, Birdonia was to Zootopia what the Soviet Union was to the United States, and the old Birdonian regime made it impossible to leave until they recently fell (like in the real world).(1/2)
>>80030030>Act One treatmentOpen on Nick & Judy in a diner having coffee together before work.In the background, a TV cuts into a breaking news bulletin, drawing their attention. The newsreader begins describing an unfolding situation in neighbouring Birdonia. An inexplicable natural disaster (drought, extreme snowfall, etc.) has caused a crisis in Birdonia.Bird refugees start arriving in Zootopia. At first everyone welcomes them and tries to make them feel at home. For the moment, things look hopeful. After a few weeks though, the disaster that made birds leave their homes starts to reach the farmlands around Zootopia, causing shortagesSome mammals start blaming the refugee birds for what's happening.Old "East vs. West" tensions begin reigniting, also causing some mammals to be untrustworthy and suspicious of birds ("Didn't these animals used to be our enemy? Why the hell are we helping them when we can't even feed ourselves!").The ZPD is working overtime to keep the peace as arguments and protests break out across the city.A massive theft of food supplies takes place.Judy and Nick get assigned to investigate. They find a feather at the crime scene. Chief Bogo and the mayor tell them to keep it a secret for now.Judy and Nick identify the feather. Only one bird of that species has arrived in Zootopia so far. They track them down. They promise Nick and Judy that they're innocent and that they've been framed, but they aren't able to prove it. Nick and Judy believe them, but decide to keep an eye on them anyway.Meanwhile, the evidence somehow leaks to the press. Suddenly the whole city knows about it.Nick and Judy rush to protect the suspect bird, but when they see the pair coming at them, they think they're about to be arrested, panic and fly away, disappearing into hiding. No one is able to figure out how the feather at the crime scene was leaked to the press. Judy and Nick begin to suspect there might be more to this case than they first thought.(2/2)
>>80029965I don't know why, but my phone is hyper compressing this video to be super thin. But I found this version of the video on Twitter cropped to fit.I really love this video, goofy but still heartwarming.
>>80025000I have really severe OCD and due to some (genuine, on-going) abuse happening to my mother right now, I am now plagued by intrusive (OCD) thoughts which make me question if I am a narcissist. I have asked those around me, they have told me no, and reassured, and reinded me a true narcissist wouldn't even think to ask if they are one, or be questioning or afraid they are one, because they are literally so delusional in their insecure, abusive minds. they cannot even fathom BEING wrong in any way. I most certainly do not derive pleasure, or "supply" from being hateful and mean and ABUSIVE to those around me, because I am not so insecure that my only joy in life is putting others down. The way you (I'm guessing you are the same anon who has been endlessly vitriolic, combatant, and hateful with no actual critque / discussion) have spoken to me throughout these threads suggests YOU may be the one with a personality disorder.>>80026837Thank you. >>80025220>>80024832>But then some people, they see the mythology, the pride, the virtue of remaining loyal. This is something I hadn't even considered; I guess my thought process (like a lot of people) was >If I were Pawbert I wouldn't have done that! because being made to feel like you are lesser by your family members, for me, wouldn't make me want to strive for loyalty or to be like them, I would grow resentful and angry and want to get away and be NOTHING like them.>>80025220>Because he actually admired their ways, that's the difference between conviction and being a lesser individual.>It shows that he's willing to have greater values beyond just moralsHe's certainly an interesting character in this respect.I guess that makes sense. I was confused because I truly couldn't fathom why a (seemingly) sweet guy, who was obviously just born into the wrong family, would then choose to chase the approval of those who were so terrible to him.
>>80028214Exactly, very jarring. Bizarre on a human body, which InuYasha has aside from the claws, ears, eye colour, and hair.>I love beastial transformations like that.Same. Haku from Spirited Away is another favourite. On the topic of Ghibli... what is the equivalent of Japan in Zootopia? Does Ghibli exist? (Disney itself seems to considering bootleg weasel DVDs) What would Ghibli be called in this universe?>Got it, thanks for the watch order.Movie 2 is after episode 95. I tend to place all my fanfics immediately after the second movie due to the kiss.>WildeHopps bodyguard AUConsidering my tastes I probably wouldn't read it, but I believe it if he's a body guard. >>80031169>wannabe writerI DO write, and have. I have been commissioned to write erotica twice this year.Aside from being commissioned, I have written fanfiction for years since I was in middle school, all different fandoms, and enjoyed it... does that not make me a writer?I don't plan much on diverging more on my fanfic anyway because what I shared is all I have so far, and I kinda tend to work as I go. But I still enjoy general Zootopia discussion / universe headcanon discussion.I had a thought earlier today, for anyone reading: If John Hughes existed in Zootopia, would he be "John Ewes"? Additionally, which species of animal would actors in his movies be? What species would each character in The Breakfast Club be, or Home Alone, or Planes, Trains, and Automobiles?I would love to hear your guys' input.
>>80031664There were figurines made for the Chinese market of many of these.
I tried to find them but had no luck. Does anyone know how to find Byron and Jared's email? I know they may have a Twitter but the character ,imit is so small. I just want to send them a heartfelt thank you for making these characters that I feel so strongly for. I realize it's probably unlikely but if anyone can find their email, especially for something heartfelt from the fans, I figured it'd be 4chan.
>>80031664>DThis pains my heart, gives me hope, makes me worried all at the same time. Like obviously they were just infiltrating, or maybe they played with the idea of them getting married? Though that's mean they scrapped it... maybe to let it cook? Ugh I'm going to be a mess until 3 and if nothing comes of 3, then 4 and so on. Like I can't be excited. >>80031676>I DO write, and have. I have been commissioned to write erotica twice this year. What do subjects do you often write about? What's the going rate for erotica writing? Usually creative comms are strictly for more visual types of art and I've never seen the same sort of fervor reserved for literature. >>80031676>The Breakfast ClubConsidering how much that movie means to me I'm gonna have to think about this one... Bender: Wolf - Aggressive because trust was punishedClaire: Antelope or Deer - Guarded because status is fragileAndrew: Badger - Strong, but morally conflictedBrian: Meerkat - Anxious because he’s aloneAllison: Skunk - Deterrence through strangeness
Just saw the film. Why do people glaze this dumbass? Is it solely because they think he's hot or something? Motherfucker murdered Judy in cold blood, was given an opportunity IMMEDIATELY AFTER by Judy to redeem himself, and he steps over her to go murder another person and attempt to murder a third. The guys a fucking villain through and through.
>>80031664I kind of always thought Judy would have a tailored wedding dress, with sleeves, rather than a more off the rack looking one like that.
>>80032062I can see having a very small bit of sympathy for him in the sense that we as the omniscient viewers know his entire family basically mentally abuse him. However you are correct that he had two olive branches one from Gary and one from Judy so he overall gets home from me. He was molded by his family, possibly physically abused on top of mentally, but in the end chose to try and murder 4 people. That we know of. The most kindness he could possibly be fortunate to get is Gary coming to visit him, and even that would be too generous.
>>80030550>Considering my tastes I probably wouldn't read itALRIGHT!!! FUCKS SAKE, WE GET IT!!!!!!
>>80031989Alright. My Ao3 is VoiceOfPikachuI haven't posted / written about Zootopia yet. Anything I've ever written about them has been private drafts or silly sketches (posted to my old FA account)>What do subjects do you often write about? What's the going rate for erotica writing?Right now, my hyperfixation is InuYasha since rewatching the entire show, in order, with movies in late 2023 / ear ly 2024. I've started a rewatch and gotten up to movie 1 in hopes I'll actually finish my long-form smut fic.I was contacted by a guy who liked the fetish I was writing and asked if I would take commissions. I had never done it before so I just wrote what I felt was a good sequel to the fic he commissioned one for and then asked for $50 because it felt about right to me. The next one which is more than double the first ended up being triple the price, but I'm still unsure how to price completely if I'm being honest. There's a lot of factors to consider; wordcount, subject matter (how confident am I that I can do it to my own high standards?), fetish, etc. Those are good. I think another obvious one would be Michael J. Fox would... be a fox. As would his family in Back to the Future, by extension. I wonder what Doc would be...

>>80032225Friendly reminder that if you don't like my idea for a fanfic, you can do what I do with the thousands of fics which don't interest me; I don't read it! What a NOVEL concept! So no, I won't be staying away from Zootopia, I have as much right to write about the characters and world as I like as any other person. But honestly my interest in pursuing Zootopia fanfic right now is more like a fun thought experiment, it would probably be months or even until late next year if I ever tried to write some.>>80032257I did remember the "Butthead" bit, and greatly enjoyed it (as a huge fan of BttF, mostly the first... I love Marty) I was so high I genuinely thought it was Biff's voice actor. I do however remember hearing he'd do a voice in the movie, but must have forgotten by the time I went to see it.

>>80032245It's so old but I posted a comic adaptation way back in 2018 on paheal. But it's really bad quality. The cover's on my old FA (where I also posted a handful of Zootopia scraps) Probably ironic of me to hate NickxJudy on crossbreeding but totally into LinkxMedli. My reasoning (though retarded it seems) is Rito (in WW exclusively) are mostly human-like, just have bird beaks for noses, wings, and bird feet, but otherwise look close to Hylian. (I would not ship BoTW Link with a Rito for example) I'm fine with "interspecies" as it were if both parties (to me) look close enough. So fox x coyote or coyote x dog etc is cool, and even interesting to me more than dog x dog. I have no idea why SLIGHT difference is cool for me in pairings. I also enjoy the idea of lion x leopard.
>>80032764Correction: I misremembered. I didn't post on Paheal back in 2018, someone else di on my behalf. I posted on e621 originally and the thing I did must have been shared among boorus.Just wanted to correct myself.
>>80032764>My reasoning (though retarded it seems) is Rito (in WW exclusively) are mostly human-like, just have bird beaks for noses, wings, and bird feet, but otherwise look close to Hylian. What about the Zora in OoT or BotW?
>>80032503I know it's always been like that, but it never felt serious. Then they'd go and do something nice or pleasant. Everyone just remembers it as this super hateful meme hive when it all came off as one big shitpost to me. Maybe I just wasn't malicious enough.
>>80032188A quick look what what you've written, here's a quick few tips: You spend too much time trying to make sure the reader knows exactly what you want to say, rather than trusting them enough to actually understand and be able to read intention in your prose. This can make things feel clunky to read. For example, if a character agrees with another character you don't need "he agreed" to replace "he said". Instead just drop it completely. We know he agreed. We read him literally saying it. You don't need to repeat that a character mispronounced something when you've already phonetically written it out how they've mispronounced it. We read them mispronounce it.It reminds me of Ernest Cline and how he will make a reference, and then make sure that you, fully understood what the reference was from rather than just trusting that the people that bought the book full of 80s and 90's references would understand an 80's or 90's reference. You're also like me and really abuse commas and make some real long ass sentences. You could try cutting that down. This can help with the first point. If you're no longer adding in all of these extra thoughts, your writing will feel more like you trust the reader to be able to understand what you're saying. You also like em dashes, though you format them wrong. In most writing programs you can use two hyphens instead of one, there's also no spaces around them when you use them. An em dash should bump right up against the words. Also everyone will probably immediately assume you use AI. If you're wanting to keep using them, (especially for things like asides, or extra information, which is what I use them for) then try using brackets instead. Em dashes are also used to replace commas to keep sentences going, but that could just lead to the same existing issue I have with your prose of you just kind of keep going with it.
>>80032764I checked out your comic, it's a cute style. Kudos on keeping it on model too. I'm gonna check out the fic first before I flip through it.
>>80032847I'm not actively in support of Hylian x Zora in either case because they do look "wrong" and kinda weird next to each other, but Link x Mipha is technically canon so I can't really argue it "shouldn't" be. Not my cup of tea, but not offensive.I greatly enjoy Link x Imp Midna but have yet to play the game / read the manga. Planning to write oneshots after.>>80032880Thank you for the pointers. I'm always looking to improve. I do this mostly as a hobby when the desire to write hits me once a month or so (if I've been watching something which makes me wanna write) and I have been scared of being accused of being AI. I've read a few AI stories before, clocked them right away. I hate it. I knew I was using the "wrong" dash because I couldn't figure out how to get the "real" one to show. I write in notepad. I tend to be overdescriptive to a fault due to wanting to assure I get my point across, but I agree I go overboard for sure. I always struggle with it because my brain says "more words = better". I know I'm not perfect.I've been writing (and using the wrong emdash lol) since middle school (~2014 onwards), so I hope my history (and progression) of posting should make it obvious, though, that I'm just a real person who likes using the dash cause I feel like it "diversifies" my writing / paragraphs and makes them "less boring" looking. Silly, I guess.
>>80032981Speaking of, you should draw your Nick and Skye ship. You've obviously got some artistry and it's your figures are readable. Maybe small sketches of the two interacting to ease you into anything major. Slice of life is the lifeblood in lomg hiatuses.
Can't some of you just go to the Inuyasha anti-interracial borba humping mega thread? All other discussion is being drowned out by unrelated nonsense. I'm not trying to be rude, but the wait for Zoot3 could be painstakingly long as is if we gotta wait until 2030+. Please.
>>80033109I wanted to talk some ideas but >>80031953 shot me down. I've elected to stay silent for the time being.
>>80032981I think it's old and bad (comic and fic) but they are both very old and I've improved in both drawing and writing since then. Always struggled with human-like characters, but seemingly I struggle more drawing Nick. Zootopia style foxes are so hard to draw, so I've only done that a handful of times.Pic related, old old old 2017 Nick x Skye gif I never did more with because animation and these character designs are hard.
>>80033052I'll say this, a style is a style. I like how when you're not being overly or repetitively descriptive your writing can come across very conversational. This is something Brandon Sanderson does in most of his Secret Projects cosmere books, since those stories are stylized as being told to you by a storyteller in the world.Try intentionally copying the style of authors you like, and take what works for you from them, and drop what doesn't. This is how most artists start to develop their own styles.
>>80032764
Fun thing to think over: Pawbert's family may have put him in the mail room but they neither kicked him out nor disowned him, they even told him the greatest family secret and even seeminly still actually pay him either a fair wage or the same as the rest given he had the money for a motorcycle and to hire a whole dude to smuggle in Gary. Not to mention, it's never really said they hate him or that he did anything wrong in the film meaning their neglect or more accurately ambivalence may or may not have just been their own form of tough love that even his siblings went through till even they did something to prove themselves to show that they were actually family material.
>>80033061He dosen't speak for the rest of us.

>>80033257>>80033335>>80033517Keep seething about me not liking WildeHopps. Me posting about NickxSkye and writing whatever I want in this fandom will keep making you mad. It's pretty funny how upset you are I exist in the same fandom as you. If you don't like me or my posts you're free to ignore them.Zootopia discussion mentioned above, if The Breakfast Club characters were animals, which would they be... furthermore, what would Kevin in Home Alone be? What about Harry and Marv? What about video games? With so many different animals, they'd need to create different sized and shaped consoles and controllers to allow for them all to play stuff.
>>80033109>>80033517What exactly do you want to discuss then? Presumably something Zootopia-related, but right now all you're doing is complaining that nobody's talking about the thing you want to talk about but you don't actually say what that is. I don't think you even know what it is, to be honest.
>>80033496I keep going back and forth between hyperautism or LLM. It's too coherent, and it scares me.
>>80033763Wait you think I'm an AI because I write coherently??? I'm just extremely anal about grammar and spelling, people spelling things wrong actively annoys me. My friends and family have told me they think I may be autistic, and pointed out autistic things I do. It explains a lot but I'm not diagnosed, however I do have OCD which supposedly is commonly comorbid so I wouldn't be surprised.I wonder how much autism there is in Zootopia

>>80033612There will never be a NickxSkye, none of us want a nickxskye. It will always be a NickxJudy, and JackxSkye.
>>80033905That's okay. I may not like NickxJudy or JackxSkye, but if others want to enjoy them and share fics/art of their ship, I am not going to try and stop them, or bully them for liking those things, that's 12-year-old on deviantART behaviour. I just liked sharing my ideas / ship opinions, now that I've done so I'm happy to discuss other Zootopia-adjacent things like I keep trying to add to the ends of my posts. I don't desire to continue arguing pointlessly about not liking or liking x or y ship. The art you posted is really well made and I did indeed have thoughts like this when they said "safe word" in the movie lol. I may not like it but Im not denying the ship obviously has some serious "hints" in canon. Have fun.

The confession scene and the post-credit scene sure seem to imply it.>How do you think it will happen in Z3?Not sure, but I hope it isn't just "and then they kissed." >>80034254Thank you :3I'll be drawing something based on the movie as soon as I finish it!
>>80033729What did the birds invent that means that now everyone needs to 180 from their current predicament and they are the real inventors and mammals are only leeches and worthless louses?Personally, I think it will be insect farms. Think about it, reptiles have a crushing majority of carnivores and kill each other to survive, it's fine for them. But birds have the same disparity as mammals. They would have to fight for a way to live together, and then a genius bird (probably a rooster) would invent insect husbandry and make peace among birds possible. His natural autrism, stemming from him not having a sliver of mammal blood on him, forces him to look down at the predators and prey killing each other (they werent hungry its just their natural state of genuine psychopathic behaviors), would shed a single tear to introduce insect farms to them. Then an evil tiger man in the past hated that idea, because he was a chud. So he made a smear campaign that all roosters are dumb and stole the idea and became rich with insect farms. Now back to today, someone is hellbent into revealing the truth behind the prey and predators handshake portrait, that there were birds there! And that portrait is the key to clearing the rooster name and saving Zootopia!
Ooooo weee Merry Christmas!!I'm feeling pretty festive after the event I went through. I'll be checking the posts made to see if I got anything worth contributing otherwise I hope y'all are doing well so far today!
>>80034502Why are you assuming it's just going to be the plot of Zootopia 2 again but with birds?
>>80033985You came in here, complaining about how the 2nd movie went, and saying that you dont like Wildehopps for the most shallowest, most childish of reasons and want to ship Nick with some female fox for the most superficial of reasons.Of course you are gonna get shit on.
>>80034589im not creative enough for another plot and its going to be something along these lines again
>>80034589OKAYOKAY HOLD ONHOLD JUST A SECONDI was thinking of a possible new plot (its not going to be they were out for being supremacist, everyone is better than you) and I thought maybe of it being accessibility.Acessibility.Didn't a guy brag about being invited to see Zootopia 2 and being consulted about all these accessibility options for those of low mobility.I don't remember seeing anything too mindblowing or relevant for that, was the city that accessible?
>>80034254I can't imagine being any hooved animal is very easy, either. I've noticed there's varying levels of opposable-thumbness between different hooved mammals, which is strange. How are those Zebras filing any reports? It was the first thing I thought when I saw them.>>80033230I appreciate you telling me you can see I have a writing style to begin with. I like to write haldway omni-present narrator, halfway "in the heads" of the characters, which because I'm not super confident in my ability to do this accurately with Nick unless I autistically, obsessively rewatch the movies and pyschoanalyze his speech patterns, behaviours, etc. I would not be comfortable writing him.>>80034502>>80034589They are taking the piss obviously. I personally hope intelligent birds don't become canon because I want predators to have some other food source than fucking bugs which is gross and dystopian
>>80034627Mkay. I understand why, what I'm trying to do now is move on from the pointless arguing and talk about other things and other potential ideas for the universe itself in the thread. Not sure why that's so much to ask.
>>80031664Just more concept art to throw into this mix.
>>80034254Oh I don't want to simply be a kiss. I love your idea of them realizing they're basically a couple already. I'm not a writer but how would that go down to make it feel impactful? How would one write something like “i think we've been in love... for a long time“? Would you say I love you first? I guess I'm not as optimistic cause the wait could be long and nothing is ever set in stone. So there's no saying them becoming a couple will for sure happen. So waiting years for potential disappointment scares me for characters I've grown so fond of. I did love 2 so that's a plus, but my brain tends to work on what ifs too much.
>>80034938Yep, they hate us. I'm gonna go cry in my corner.
>>80034938Oh, man. I do wonder with all the obvious ship-baiting in both the movie and posted by those who worked on it via concept art, why will Disney not let them give you all what you want? Even if I don't ship it I do acknowledge it makes perfect sense character progression wise and is very supported by the movie's subtext and the creators. So what's the point in beating around the bush with it?You got any more concept art, maybe of Pawbert? Would love to see more of him. Also hoping someone is working on an AU where he takes the opportunity to have a change of heart after all because I was hoping it'd go that way like a lot of people.I wonder if they ever considered that in development, or if he was created with the intention to be a villain from the get-go.
>>80034768>I personally hope intelligent birds don't become canon because I want predators to have some other food source than fucking bugs which is gross and dystopianLowkey, I am a part of this mentality too. I mean, I wouldn't be opposed toward sentient birds but I think that is the direction that Z3 is going towards. I would love for preds to have more options in terms of food other than bugs and fish. Seeing how our mammals in blue reacted to the consumption of the latter however, I think that there is going to be a plot point that is centered around that. Maybe somewhere they are about to chop up a poor rooster before they speak their first word.ZNN reports that sentience comes to birds, and there is a mass phenomenon of birds finally being able to stand with the mammals. Radical preds begin worrying how they're gonna cope or something, I think this might be a little nonsensical the more I think about it. I'd love for any insight you guys could offer!
>>80035055My guess is either A) they're already working on 3 and these are snippets of ideas for things to come and they don't mind teasing fans of the happy ending, though this seems unlikely as marriage would seem kind of early unless we get a bit of time skip with them having already moved in together to make them working together easier etc. B) they do plan to make them a couple in 3, not marriage, and the creators know that just that will make them happy so teasing with wedding dresses and love imagery is ok and not, in the long run, maliciousC)They're not allowed to make them a canon couple and to heal the hearts of the fans, they're giving them small tastes of what they'd really like to give them. Honestly I don't know which side of myself I'm on with this one. Both my optimistic and pessimistic side both seem kind of logical so I just don't know. A small stupid part of me wishes I hated part 2 so I just didn't care, and it could all be shit like everything else I'm surrounded with, and I wouldn't have to wonder if it would be a happy Disney magic ending or an awful one. >>80035196I'd kind of like birds to just stay birds and give mammals another food source too. I don't know if they'd go down this route but it'd be nice for them to have chicken, turkey, and various other fowl for food. I legit hate fish and you'd never catch me eating bugs so if I magically became a pred in Zootopia right now I'd be living off of some good ol' PB and J.
>>80035055>I wonder if they ever considered that in development, or if he was created with the intention to be a villain from the get-go.I can't tell much, I wish I had the book with me! But this expression sheet from one of the artists shows two different kinds of eyes. I think that the yellow eyes are supposed to be when he is at his villainous stage, while his normal eyes are well... when he was normal.Even one of the expressions was used to show when he was captured, I'll post that after this real quick.
>>80034768>I can't imagine being any hooved animal is very easy, either. I've noticed there's varying levels of opposable-thumbness between different hooved mammals, which is strange. How are those Zebras filing any reports?Yeah, the horse hooves thing bothers me more than it probably should. Like when Winddancer takes his sunglasses off his hoof just sort of contorts into a pinching motion that doesn't really make sense. It's the kind of handwaving that Zootopia doesn't usually do.>I personally hope intelligent birds don't become canon because I want predators to have some other food source than fucking bugs which is gross and dystopianEither way, the question of "If birds exist, then where are they?" has to be addressed somehow. I think if they're non-intelligent that makes it harder to answer. I posted my idea for how it could be explained earlier in >>80030030 but I guess nobody liked it.>>80035021I guess just through showing how much more gradually intertwined their lives have become between 2 and 3 because they have such an intense longing to spend time together, that builds to a 'now-or-never' scene where one has to make a move on the other to resolve the situation they're in. Or something like that.>>80035055>Also hoping someone is working on an AU where he takes the opportunity to have a change of heart after all because I was hoping it'd go that way like a lot of people.Oh, dude. It broke my heart the first time I watched Zootopia 2 when Judy's on the floor dying and tries to reason with him and he shuts her down. It broke more for Judy than for Pawbert, to be fair, but still it was like "No, you can be better than that!"
>>80035403Middle expression expanded.
>>80035055>So what's the point in beating around the bush with it?
>>80034768>which is gross and dystopian
>>80035292>if I magically became a pred in Zootopia right now I'd be living off of some good ol' PB and J.Not sure if vegetarian preds are much of a thing in universe. I'm sure that they exist but I'm not sure how popular or encouraging they possibly are. Obviously we see peanut butter is already a popular dish from Nick's perspective in his apartment, Judy even teases him about it. It would be sort of interesting to find out the diets of most of the animals in Zootopia, maybe bugs is only for the lower class while poultry is a much more expensive dish due to its exclusivity or regulations. Another accessibility to issue to explore I guess.
>>80035196>I would love for preds to have more options in terms of food other than bugs and fishThis exactly. I think it would be totally fine if there were "unintelligent" / livestock birds which predators have bred for food. Not unlike modern-day chickens.>ZNN reports that sentience comes to birdsI thought for a second your posted pic would show this; I guess I'm a little confused. Does this mean intelligent birds have been confirmed in some canon manner?>>80035292>A small stupid part of me wishes I hated part 2 so I just didn't care,This is something which could still happen in 3 if they fuck up whatever your potential expectations are. I'm getting the vibe they're "not allowed" to canonize but are doing the closest they possibly can. I'm fine either way. If I did ship them I'd be super happy with all they've provided thus far because what they have done to shipfuel seems almost hilariously in-your-face without straight up saying it.>>80035403The one with him on the bottom looking distraught with what looks like a controller in his hand makes me wonder if he just got blue shelled in Mario Kart lol. Very cute.>>80035418The hooves thing bothers me so much. Bellweather and Gazelle seem to have opposable "thumbs" but the horses, zebras, and elephants (I know they don't have hooves but close enough) don't.>>80030030This is certainly an interesting setup and I good excuse for birds' current absence. I don't completely hate the idea of intelligent birds, but I do think unintelligent livestock animals should be kept and cultivated (perhaps even by the birds themselves; many birds of prey eat other birds, after all) for carnivores to keep themselves well-nourished.
>>80035850Pic related, a little piece of a fan comic where Judy buys Nick a chicken sandwich.
People seem to think that animals hunted to extinction in real life still exist in Zootopia. The cynic in me believes they were ethnically cleansed since that shit happens within the same species.
>>80033270The way he flinched from his dad is I think a pretty big indicator of his mistreatment. Also Kitty and Catrick being dicks to him and his father didn’t even acknowledge it or him there. In the novelization, his dad calls him a runt (derogatory.)
>>80035959I like this take. This has been my headcanon, that chicken restaurants exist in-universe because I can't fathom preds eating exclusively bugs and nuts for protein. It would be such an unfulfilling existence, food would be so boring. But I love chicken so I'm extremely biased. On another note, this art style (despite being off-model) is super cute and I especially love how Judy is drawn in the second panel. In fact, Judy looks better than Nick in this style. Cool to see someone else having the same idea of chicken places and having actually drawn it to boot.On the subject of preds, does anyone else think (hypothetically) if a pred was having a foot race with a (slightly faster) naturally-prey-to-them mammal, could prey-drive (like in Greyhounds) be mistakenly awakened? Could a pred chasing after a prey in what's supposed to be a fun foot race feel a desire to bite, doing so without even thinking it, but immediately stopping upon blood being drawn and horrifyingly realizing what they've done?I am asking because this sounds like a fun setup for drama. If a pred bites a prey but doesn't kill them or didn't intend to kill when they did so, do they get the death penalty? Are they put down like a dog is in real life for biting? Curious what ya'll think
>>80035473Wouldn't they make a shit ton from people coming back to watch the mic drop kiss scene I love confirmation moment a ton of times? Merch sales? Future movies because people love the characters and want to see more? Let's look at it this way. If you bait people too long they'll say fuck off and just stop coming. Though I wonder if Disney execs think like that.
>>80036086That really doesn't change my point, Male Lynxes do not care for their children by nature, that's a mom thing exclusively
>>80030223Why were they sad at first if they wanted to get married?
>>80036227I guess my point is the novelization makes it more clear he’s a runt and thus would likely be forced out by the stronger siblings if we’re going entirely by animal nature.
>>80036104Hmm, I don't know. It feels contradictory to what we're told in the first movie, where supposed "aggressive predator instincts" being reactivated were actually the result of drugs, for lack of a better term, which we're canonically told has the same effect on prey animals too. It's a hard call to make because we're also shown that animals do retain some of their other wild instincts in some form or another, and that it feels good for them to indulge in them.>If a pred bites a prey but doesn't kill them or didn't intend to kill when they did so, do they get the death penalty? Are they put down like a dog is in real life for biting? I can't see why it wouldn't be treated that differently to if a human bit another human in real life The law would take into consideration all the different factors and context at play in deciding on a punishment.
>>80035420You just know>>80035473Okay, well, this logic is flawed imo because if I was a WildeHopps shipper I'd indeed want onscreen confirmation, maybe a kiss, not necessarily marriage (seems kinda fanficcy excessive to show onscreen) maybe them babysitting Judy's siblings / cousins together, etc. I don't know why a corporation would continue on without giving the shippers what they want. There's so much merch of official Disney couples, so romantic Disney pairs have a definite market.>>80035791I know about the bug eating conspiracy. I do hate it and hope it doesn't come true>>80035987If the reason they're extinct irl is humans, it's reasonable to assume they would (maybe, depending on how recent the animal is) still be around>>80036201This, despite not personally something I want seems like a no brainer to me. I can see the writing on the wall with all the hints and concept art dropped by people who worked on it.>>80036250Crying tears of joy.
>>80035901>>ZNN reports that sentience comes to birds >I thought for a second your posted pic would show this; I guess I'm a little confused. Does this mean intelligent birds have been confirmed in some canon manner?Haha, sorry no that was just a little hypothetical I was thinking of. I was thinking of like a rooster on the killing floor speaking his first words in order to live, workers are shocked and the media reports in on it.Then when this story breaks out, other avian species begin to speak as well and it just becomes a phenomenon. The world of Zootopia reacts to a new family of species joining society. Just something to ponder about :DWeaver's style of Zootopia translated into his Roommates series is the pic related btw. You can kind of see how Rooster/Chickens would be about the same size of bunnies or rabbits.
>>80036104>In fact, Judy looks better than Nick in this style. Cool to see someone else having the same idea of chicken places and having actually drawn it to boot.>>80035959Also the colored version of this page. This artist hasn't really worked on any Zootopia related projects as of late sadly.
>>80036348Browsing for Avian species is tough, I've been sorting by score and I found this! A secretary bird, which is quite a bit larger than most bunnies.
>>80036305yet, he wasn't. He was kept not only in the family but close to working with them, living with them, and seemingly still living in plenty of luxury despite his situation
>>80036348Oooh, I see. My bad. Sounds like a reasonable enough hypothetical, but I would still think animals raised for slaughter would not have the capacity, ever, to become intelligent; assumedly, there would be two separate versions, the ones who did evolve like the mammals and reptiles did, and (hopefully) versions which are bred livestock.Good God that CREATURE on the lower left is frightening. Wtf is going on with the mouth, it resembles a bird but has no beak. I am getting FNAF vibes with it and the chicken to the right who kinda looks like Chica, but it may be because I've never found Weaver's art style very appealing lol>>80036373Such a shame, he has a pleasing style. Looks like an old furry style which I always appreciate. The lower right panel makes me think he draws core, though...
>>80036406I quite like Ruaidri's depiction of anthro avians personally.
>>80036104>On the subject of preds, does anyone else think (hypothetically) if a pred was having a foot race with a (slightly faster) naturally-prey-to-them mammal, could prey-drive (like in Greyhounds) be mistakenly awakened? Could a pred chasing after a prey in what's supposed to be a fun foot race feel a desire to bite, doing so without even thinking it, but immediately stopping upon blood being drawn and horrifyingly realizing what they've done?In the original concept of Zootopia Nick did want a place where predators could live out their instincts in a safe space, and prey-drive could definitely be a possibility.

>>80036463>Good God that CREATURE on the lower left is frightening. Wtf is going on with the mouth, it resembles a bird but has no beak. It's supposed Toy Chica, but I think Weaver calls her Chiclet. I'm not too familiar with his work other than his old Zootopia stuff haha.
>>80036509>>80036468>I quite like Ruaidri's depiction of anthro avians personally.Oooh I quite like this. I tried looking up some more of his work but it seems like the little amount of Zootopia work he has done was some water colour stuff for studying and what not. I'll have to put a pin in and check out his work more!
>>80036507I know he had a theme park in mind, but I really thought it was less about satisfying natural instincts and more about having the collar off to enable more "extreme" emotions like excitement from a roller coaster which ordinarily would trigger the collar's shock since it thinks the predator is getting "too excited" and about to bite/maim/kill with no way to differentiate between emotions. This of course raises the question if, in that universe, sex is a problem for preds who are collared. How does the collar know the excitement / heartrate increase is from arousal?>>80036468>>80036509I love a good anthro bird. I'm biased but I like how the Rito in BoTW look quite a lot, and this somewhat resembles them. I think there's lots of great character design opportunity (the secretary bird posted above is a great example) with birds in anthro form.>>80036664Oh so it IS FNAF related, hahaha. Why is Judy hanging out with FNAF characters???
>>80036725His 3D animation work is easily amongst the best of anyone's in the furry fandom.>>80036739That's Bonnie.
>>80036345Again, Zootopia's all about bigotry, but given how real life is I'd be surprised if, say, normal bears didn't outcompete cave bears here, or someone like Milton saw Steller's sea cows and thought they were abominations that had to be purged.
I know this'll need the movie to reach Disney+ for stops, but is Gazelle's ass bigger?
>>80036865>That's Bonnie. My bad>Milton saw Steller's sea cowsWho? Is Milton the Lynxley father? Forgive me for being uninformed. But I suppose if that's who you're talking about, then it wouldn't be implausible he thinks this way given what he said to Nick about him being a "lesser" mammal than himself.Speaking on the Lynxleys, would their father be appalled if Pawbert met a cute caracal or bobcat or a serval lady and brought her home to meet his family? Would he be disgusted and think those cats (of whom are quite similar, fill similar niches within their own habitats) are lesser than them, too? What do the Lynxleys think of lions or cats larger than them? It's a shame they're a family of bad guys because these wildcat breeds are some of my favourite animals so it would have been nice to get some positive screentime with characters of a cat species. It would be nice if they made a slice-of-life Zootopia show (haven't watched Z+ yet, not sure if it's really this exactly) where we can see day-to-day lives of various mammals around the city regardless of continuity / what's happening with Nick and Judy or any other pre-established characters. But I am rambling. I just would love to see more of the world.
>>80037165Milton says waterfolk are inferior, but nothing says Ebenezer or even earlier ancestors thought the same, and considering where the oil for lamps came from before... Of course, given cetaceans are just as intelligent here, I can picture whales forming sinking fleets.
Viva la revolution
>>80037277Why does she remind me of a rabbid?DAAAAAH!!!
>>80037165>haven't watched Z+ yet, not sure if it's really this exactlyEh, sort of... The last episode is the closest to what you're thinking of, but it still finds a way to tie into a scene from the first movie at the very end like the rest of them do. It's about an otter waitress trying to get all her tables served before she needs to leave to go to a Gazelle concert. Apart from that one episode, they're all focused on characters that were already seen in Z1 either before, during, or after they appeared in the movie.
>>80037307She's worse, that being said she's an eldritch god of some sort. It is immensely interesting to see her for some reason actually hanging around nuns and literal god
>>80037165>Speaking on the Lynxleys, would their father be appalled if Pawbert met a cute caracal or bobcat or a serval lady and brought her home to meet his family? Would he be disgusted and think those cats (of whom are quite similar, fill similar niches within their own habitats) are lesser than them, too? What do the Lynxleys think of lions or cats larger than them?Maybe they would think of other cats as "honorary aryans," if you see what I'm getting at.

>>80028750Hi anon, glad your day is good.Unfortunately I dont have much hope for birds being wild. Im expecting something like a city in the sky because it feels they are really more interested in making species and locations interesting and whimsical in a social sense rather than an environmental one.But I hope Im wrong there actually. Also stfu its a kids movie retard <3
>>80030111Refined the idea a little I see. Disney take notes.
>>80031837I said it last time but I think a physical letter would be better. Then you can just write their names as recipients and it might find its way there.I think Ill try that later anyway.
>>80032074What do you mean?
>>80033611You might be surprised anon, I mean does anyone in your life know youre a furry?
>>80034571What event was that anon? Hope the rest of your day is nice too!
>>80034755What you think Zoot3 will be about disabled people?
>>80034938>>80035055Well if you think about it, Zoot1 was playing it safe sure, but instead of thinking of Z2 as a denial it could very well be build up since it clearly has Z3 planned.Just something to consider.
>>80038558I'm not the anon you're replying to, but I don't even know if I can call myself a furry. Does just having an affinity for anthro animal characters in media instantly make you one? It's like, I don't get the fursuit thing, I don't want to go to cons, y'know none of the stereotypical "furry" things, but I mean I like furries, generally speaking. I always say that the ones I've knowingly interacted with online have been really nice, friendly and smart. The porn can be pretty spectacular too, I'll admit.Maybe it seems insane of me to even be asking this question when I'm here, but Zootopia's always just sorta lived in a different part of my brain than most things furry-related.
>>80037048Most definitely.
>>80038719Not necessarily. You basically always have to ask what someone means by furry because theres actually not socially set definition that people agree on because it is so taboo to talk about. So if fursuits, cons and alternate personas are needed then I think very few qualify, if its just enjoying all anthro media then its almost too encompassing because lots of kids love Zootopia but few would call them furries for that.Speaking of, Zootopia Id say is kind of its own fandom. I was into furry stuff before Zoot but seeing Zoot 1 in theater really lit a flame for this universe and characters in particular, I really view it was a separate entity that just has overlap with furry fandoms. So no you are not insane at all.
>>80036509lets be honestZootopian birds, is sapient will probably look like this.Just plain birds, with their wings being wings instead of hands, and holding things with their feet and beak. That's the design language of Zootopia, and why I don't think its necessary to make them sapient. We have a talking bird movie coming with Rio3 that almost the same with the exception of them not wearing clothes. Zootopia has a chance of doing something unique by making birds part of the world-building of the LARGER world, outside the scope of civilization. Birds are the only remaining wildelife that spreads seeds of fruit-trees by eating the fruit and pooping out the seed further away from the tree. No other animal can do that, not spiders or slugs or any insect, and definitely not frogs since no amphibian is herbivorous. For nature in Zootopia's universe to remain balanced and functional, birds need to wild animals.
>>80035850I'm sure the more omnivore animals, like foxes, can enjoy a vegetarian lifestyle just fine. The question you should ask is, has the millions of years of evolution also changed how various animals process food. Big cats can eat other things, but literally need to eat meat to survive. They also don't really have a taste receptor for sweetness. Given how long it takes to go from crawling animal to upright walker perhaps all animals are more like omnivores now. Or perhaps only the ones without a ready food source that didn't evolve enough to make them feel bad about eating.
>>80032062>Motherfucker murdered Judy in cold bloodyeah
>>80036739I would suggest writing some things in a totally different style. First person, in this case. It forces you to think more of how your character would think about things and put that into the narrative.
>>80032062The whole Lynxley family, Pawbert included, deserves glass in their cafeteria chow.
>>80032062seriously mind bogglingguess many of his fans have daddy issues just like him so they think that justifies him being broken in the headHonestly if lion king would've come out today, I bet many people would want SCAR to have a redemption arc >"yeah he killed Mufasa, but he was forced to live in the shadow of his big brother all his life, its a reasonable crashout"
>>80040181Some freaks were creaming their shorts for Pawbert the moment his character was announced.
