Naturally, this will exclude anything tagged "young adolescent", as while this does have the "young" tag, it doesn't have any of the three tags you don't wish to see that you've excluded with the tilde in the blacklist query. I find this to be the most optimal way to apply the right blacklist with the new tagging system.
I used to have -dark_skin on my blacklist until I found out I was missing out on some anthro girls, so now I still have to wade through niggers to find good images.
