>>80102657If you're using a NoobAI-based model you won't be able to get text right at all really without large effort. Something like Google's Nano Banana Pro is incredibly good at text, and you could feed an image into it and tell it to put text where you want it.

Then inpaint while keeping the context area small and centered on the text (do NOT use "Whole picture"). Add "text, (big fit man:1.5)" to your prompt and use about 0.4-0.5 denoise to make it conform to his muscles better, then see what you get. Might take some experimentation.
