I think it's reasonable to assume that Zootopia, like any major metropolitan city, probably has a red light district of some kind. Not that you're writing this for me though lolActually, thinking about it, I just remembered that there's a movie that I absolutely adore called 'Paris, Texas' that culminates in a scene where two former lovers reunite in a sort-of brothel-like establishment where the female character works. It's an agonisingly heartfelt and beautiful scene that I think you might really be able to draw some inspiration from. I would wholeheartedly recommend watching the full movie from start to finish though rather than just skipping straight to the scene I'm mentioning because it requires both the context and the build-up to fully appreciate it.(1/2)

I'll have to ask my bf about watching it because I don't usually watch movies by myself; the fact it was made in the 80s certainly helps my interest (when I was 15, my parents encouraged me to watch a bunch of great 80s movies, which evolved into my obsession with the decade and me seeking out films from then by myself, a theme which has subsisted for me. Still obsessed.) and seeing it described as a cult classic has piqued my interest.Though to be honest, I likely won't go with the plot idea where the brothel is illegal, if only because it makes things less fun and also because I simply don't have any fun mystery / detective ideas which could tie into Nick finding out whether or not there's an active brothel.
