>What is endosoma?
Endosoma, inside body, endosomatophilia. The desire to be inside the body, inside someone. Be it unbirth, cuddly, deep in the flesh caves and so forth. It does include more surreal depictions like hugging the organs or being in the literal heart.

>What is separate from vore here?
/endo/ delves into more anatomical stuff much more, it also includes RL endoscopy of which is usually not liked by the general vore community. Additionally it thematically is concerned with sating the desires of being inside, alive inside, safe inside (willingly or not) and focuses in on that desire. Bio dungeons, going into the blood stream, symbiotic desires, flesh cave spelunking, unbirth, entrapment, full tour, encapsulation / encasement-like situations, talk of simulating the sensation of being inside a body and object swallowing all are things that get posted here on the regular or at least have been discussed on a fair share of occasions.
