Finally got a drawing tablet after years of wanting one. I can't draw for shit and my desk being small means I have to put it in my desk tray, which gives me limited hand mobility when I take into account my arm rest, but I've kinda got the hang of using it. Fuck being left-handed and using a mouse right-handed because using a tablet feels so much more natural. Now to see if I can actually stick with drawing and not give it up after hours of repeated failure.

Tablet drawing is more like sliding on glass by comparison which is awkward.Plus paper teaches you better because very much of its restrictions. Pencils can last plenty if you don't put too much pressure (which ideally you shouldn't), and not having ctrl-z leads to you learning what mistakes not to mind and to keep track not to make too many. Can't be fretting over every sketch.I have a fancy pants tablet but still buy and go for paper because it's so much better to sketch in.
