It's very moddable and already has quite a lot of mods if you know where to look for them.-Recovery: Probably the most impressive text adventure I've played with tons of interactions between a huge cast of characters in a hospice that has schedules, time based events, side quests, and other stuff. The game has a whole bunch of content despite only focusing on oral vore and being unfinished at version 0.2. If you want oral vore text adventures that are finished and are also impressive in their own right, check out Daily Gluttony 1 and 2, especially 2. Those are actually focused on you being the pred and are self contained, so don't worry about jumping into the second one if you want.
