What they do is predict noise patterns by cross-referencing a database of images and text files with prompts for those images. Which is to say, every single model has to be trained on a database, and they usually just tell you what they've used. In Anima's case, it's trained on danbooru and a few other minor sources, both in booru-style prompts (so, the actual tags used on danbooru) and natural language. This means that any sufficiently-sized tag (usually it needs around 50~100 posts on Anima, it needed around 100~200 on SDXL models) will work, considering the date cut-off for the training ofc.TL;DR if you see a tag on danbooru, 90% of the time it will work.
