none of them are really things you need in quick access so it's fine, except the pencil (aka the pen aka the one we use for lineart aka the actually useful one) and eraser, which are usually p and e respectively. it seems like a bad thing on keyboard, but usually artists have shortcuts set to those two buttons on something like their tablet buttons or a controller.

but it doesn't really matter, nothing there is really important quick access expect the pen, eraser and undo (and flipping hori for myself, but I don't think for most people). and colors
if you really wanted some idea for streamlining the colors in the future whenever you're bored, dividing the colors into 4 "main" or "fav" colors separated from the rest "sub" or "aux". then, a shortcut that cycles through these 4 colors. functionally there would be no difference between the main and sub colors, just efficiency. it also suggests to a user to try to keep it simple with 4 or so big colors and keep the other colors around as splashes or shades. which is just good art fundies, especially for a minimalist thing like this. but if you want to go crazy with the colors the option is there
things that go with that: something that makes it clear what color you're on, being able to move the colors around in palette without having to manually change it (like drag and drop) so it's not annoying to change the main and sub colors around
but i'm just theory crafting about optimizing UI for fun and i'm a yapper, none of that is needed, it takes like .7 secs to click a color. you've done enough, enjoy your weekend. maybe eat some chipotle. mwah

twinkle personality is a strong contender but it's how inanimate characters can feel at times that doesn't resonate the most with me which is to say their cartoonish actions without the reliance on reaction faces, again using season 1's because her face although being exaggerated still keeps within reason of her facial features; happiness' is also pretty cool even if it only serves as a means of support for a other character.

A near absolutely evil character losing their composure is just fun to watch, to where even her emotions play her up in what she does, making her get ahead of herself.

I guess it's about stability/variance? in this instance i think it being a bit wobbly would be fitting and cute, any time you move your table he shakes his butt a little. though i guess it'd only stay up with good paper like cardstock and thinner papers might need support (something like a toilet paper roll or pencil inside him). there's also an idea of using something like a foam ball or balloon and wrapping the paper around that. not for this since you already did it well, but maybe for future things

the original intention was actually to put an x hole that you slip your pencil into, he'd be a pencil holder using his butt! it would only hold one pencil, but for digital artists we only use the one, so. but tablet pencils have small weight to them, so it'd need to work around that (like tail as counterbalance). but I'm already being so extra with the designs and that probably sounds harder than it seems, so I didn't bother
might still be worth a try, can easily cut an x there with boxcutter, if you so dare. normal pencils don't really weight so he could maybe handle it
after prolonged repeated use he might start gaping though
