I wonder at what point in the future will the fanbase come to see what /doe/ has preached for years and see the complexity of Kris and Noelle's relationship. A lot of people don't realize that the WR specifically uses Noelle exactly because Kris cares a lot for her... Will it take until the confrontation and the reveal on why Kris has been avoiding Noelle?

Foreshadowing of what's to come. What I would ideally want from a weird route is that somehow, beyond all rational knowledge that we have, is that the weird route exists to fight the pre-conceived and set in stone pre-destination. If you step back and look at everything, both our choices in game as the player are limited. Kris always fights us if we go off course and acts on his own at the end of chapters no matter what, and that too, cannot be defied. Kris sure as hell doesn't want to sacrifice everything or anyone. We also don't. So why does it exist? I can only imagine the soul somehow knows something we don't, beyond the present scope of things.
