Been on a bit of a Kirby kick recently. It's not GameCube/Wii specifically but I suggest Kirby and the Amazing Mirror after Four Swords Adventure if there's no other plan/suggestion. Should work through RetroArch with the gbSP core. Could be pretty fun with up to 4 people I think.
