Quilava's line are normally fire types, but there are variants from the human and pokemon world that evolve into a fire-ghost in a place called Hisui, which is also where my variant species hails from. As for myself though, my origin is a little more complicated.
I, like most of the Zoroarks in this place were simply illusions created by Zed, until one day Zed lost himself in a fit of rage after he was challenged by Vex. During the fight he tore up and absorbed a bunch of ley energy. All of us came together to stop him, and the energy was released when he was defeated. When that happened, those of us that were illusions at the time became real, animated by the surge of power.
