Theres way too much fine detail that won't be legible, either commit to it fully, and render everything with that style... for example the walls of the building are too clean to match that style or keep the simpler style and simplify, remove the noise from wood and the text and whatever else. That will in my opinion work better because right now it's just noise that's not meaningfully integrated into the style. The bottom window needs some more detailing, if it's hole in the wall, just match the door darkness. Overal, better than your first pic, but you lack cohesion.Personally, I am still not fan of the dithering shading in the window, to me, it looks ugly and you will face problem in the engine where it will cause flicker due to how pixel interpolation works with nearest neighbor pixels..
