Huh. This has always been a popular story here. From my recollection the setting shares some vibes of Neon Dream of Organic Toys. As well was decently written and engaging. Sangheili are at least honorable to a fault and would feel like they owe a debt to humanity and would fulfill it.
Being taken as wives and concubines would be humiliating for their warrior culture at first but it shouldn't be too hard to turn it into a point of pride over time.
Instead of martial prowess they would boast about their sexual deeds, the size of their assets, how many children they conceived, and how well they served their gods. There might even be "tournaments".
Ownership would probably be to the family yeah, Sangheili live to around 170 to 240 earth years but ancient humans could live over a thousand.
