Short CYOAs typically get far more engagement, and are thus perfect for bumping. If you need it to be longer, just throw a short meta CYOA onto it or combine it with another. The best part about long CYOAs is using them to filter out people with shit opinions. If anyone comes in with "I'm looking for a CYOA that's like Divine Trials, Harahel or Fixing God's Fuckups" in that order, you know you are dealing with a special kind of kusual. You know, the kind who say they are into Anime because they've seen One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia. Otherwise, it'll be rare that they get much out of me.

The power cap increases are in fact cumulative, they are not fixed. Story mode does not set your power to 10 at the start and 150 cap, it's a -20 starting points and +50 cap. Wizard and Slayer would start with 0 points but also have 160 cap.Which means, you can have a total of 270 power cap by going Wizard/Slayer, Story Arc mode, and getting a Prestige Class, because that's +50 from story mode, +50 from prestige and +60 from complications, with the 110 those classes have already. You also have the Consortation/Ministration/Wishcasting power cap increases. Also one of the meta perks, Keeper of Magic, was shadow nerfed into the ground in this update. You used to be able to chhose a rank 8 wish from it, which would give a whopping +80/90 power cap if used on that, not it specifically says you can't use it to get more power.

Warlock and Wizard have access to Favour, which means Quests are progression, and quests in general are a lot faster than the equivalent amount of Might/Focus. Slayers are left up in the air, which means they can technically grow even faster if your life is particularly eventful, and because of the fact Slayers have both Plot Armor and general Plot attraction that is likely to be the case.

It's the more classic witch option, the slow and steady approach instead of the flashy hero that levels mountains. It also gives discounts to some of the best options in the cyoa. But with the addition of Wizard it is a lot worse than it used to be.

Being a Saintess requires having the Celestial Code, it's in the fine prints of the rank 6 Ministrations description. Essentially to be a Saintess you need to become a slave to the angels.Alternatively you get Syntetic Code from the Humanity set, it counts as having Celestial Code, can be gotten really cheap if you have the right prerequisites, which is optimal by the way, and even lets you use Ministrations for free. No more being a slave, you mechanical angels don't force you to work for them.

Body and Soul are some of the best affinities in the cyoa for discounts and what they give, the race perk helps with progression, and sleep is a pretty good charge method. Wolong is cool, dragons are cool and the immortality option is very fun and easy to stock up on, you can even make it sepf replenishing if you get famous enough. Cyborg has one of the best charge methods period, and good affinities. The new moth race is really cool and I like the reflavoured arachnescence, but I would never want to be one. If you mean how you were supposed to find it originally I have no idea, it's one of the secret options and the new version does have the codes with hints if you want to find them yourself, but it's a hassle and since most were imgur links even if you solve it you can't go there anymore since imgure purged all the posts by that author. Secret options are shit, but lucky us the author finally understood that and just linked them all from the start.

She has 3 magics at rank 6 because she is a god like existence, so she is uncapped, unlike us. We have a limit of 1 rank 6 magic, or 2 with some of the sets, but she already broke the limits and became a god. The process to do that isn't really clear but it's technically possible for us too, just having 1 rank 6 gives you a spark of divinity, so growing it should not be out of the question, it's just beyond the limits of what you can buy in the cyoa.

Since each R5 has to be supported by an R3 and R4.Though if you take an affinity that complements one that you already have then you get more bang for your dip. Like if you were naturally fire and added Earth then you get both the Earth and Metal Magics for free. Even if you only took them to R3 and R4 that's still large boost of 12.And that's not even factoring other discounts you may get.

Of course some affinities are better than others just because of the sheer amount of stuff they give affinity to and how much it costs, but generally it's a good return. Hexes is a bit undewhelming all things considered. All the elements make you into a Logia user from One Piece without the water weakness, that's pretty strong but not that varied. I didn't read the rest yet but it seems they are vaguely balanced.
