Jacques is a new money ruthless capitalist who's willing to fuck people over to serve the bottom line but he's egalitarian in a "you are all equally worthless" type of way. He's not racist per se but would look the other way on slave labor so long as he had plausible deniability. Willow is the other side of the coin, she's an old-money racist but she believes in somewhat improving conditions for pure humans. She's also a alcoholic rich bitch who never worked a day in her life and is more concerned about tasting exotic spirits than actually implementing any policy, which is why she has Jacques run the company.
