Being reduced to just a sexy balloon to blow up. That and these characters tend to either be wearing flexible, rubbery suits or are otherwise synthetic and made out of stretchy materials to begin with. That and I think it would just be super cozy to have a body that could expand so casually. There's also the humiliation tying into the objectification, most likely not being able to or being barely able to communicate as I get puffed up and teased. There's just so much I like about it and I struggle to put it into words, but hopefully you can see why it might appeal.
