I feel like Google's Omni is dangerously close to giving me exactly what I want in a video-editing model. It can clean up video footage, restore minute details like the pebbly scales around Bob's face, and add specified elements, like a readable pet tag to replace the smeary illegible mess from the original low-res footage.But then it simultaneously screws up something else, like Bob's eyes toward the end of the clip, or adding even more cat whiskers when I clearly asked it to remove them. And it occasionally drops a frame halfway through, which desyncs the video in small but noticeable ways.
