I know I'm late to this, but now that Southwest is becoming like any other airline, is there still any point in using them over Spirit, etc?

Southwest is delayed like 40% of the time and their seats aren’t comfortable. Would rather fly any real airline for the same price. You’re basically prepaying bags in the fare then they tell you bags fly free
