Going to Paris for a month. Which district would you recommend to rent an Airbnb?
>>

Left Bank. Without a doubt on the left bank.

There are no "districts" in Paris, only arrondissements.
Incidentally, I stayed in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine back in 2019. It was ok.

Remember, if you talk loud enough they will understand you.

Did you really need to record yourself saying this?
You couldn't just have typed it out?
Attention whore.

yes.

What’s a “bail mobilité”? And why most places require it? Can I get it if I don’t work or study?
>>
>>2725198
It's a short term (1 to 10 months) rental contract that can't be renewed
It's not meant for tourists it's for people on the move for professional reasons or studies
>>

i've stayed in the 16th (passy) over christmas and the 12th (bastille) during summer and enjoyed both. passy was bit out of the way and involved many late night metros. the neighborhood itself is quaint and a short walk to eiffel tower. bastille was was pretty lively but if i recall had a dearth of late night eateries. as such things go, the 5th (latin) would be an obvious choice and i also enjoyed my time in the 18th near sacre coeur.

anon, that was nice.
>>
>>2724896
seems like you'd recommend the area near le parc du luxemborg?
>>
>>2724708
if there around christmas check out the night market at la defense.
>>
>>2725378
>or studies
Could I say I’m there to learn the french language? Or they actually check for a school for the contract?
>>
>>2724708
Saint Denis
jk try montmartre if you can afford it or courbevoie i really like the neighbourhoods around la defense
also hit me up if you want to hang out I live there lol
>>

Nigga all places ask for this bail mobilité
I wanna spend all December there until the new year so all short term rentals won’t have me and all the long term ones have the contract thing
It’s so joever
>>
>>2725385

If only it were so cheap anon… and I’m looking on Airbnb and all of them say a variation of this
>>
Also there’s a lot of apartments with a shower but no fucking toilet inside ???
>>
>>2725804
Those are usually maid rooms under the roofs, now populated with poor students or turned into airbnb for people trying to save money.
>>
Fr could a frenchanon help me? All the best places have this bail mobilité and I wanna know if they really check out if you’re there with a job or school or if I can simply lie about it
>>
>>2725800
what a bitch
well would you mind staying people?
you can check out sites like le bon coin to see if you can find a short term
or colocation but youll have to share the place with someone
whats your budget anyway?
>>
also try sites like se loger
french people like paperwork and to make things complicated but it can always be simplified if you know how to talk to people
explain your situation in a message and negotiate what you can do, you can probably get away with just leaving a generous deposit to make people feel safe renting to you
>>
>>2726109
>whats your budget anyway?
Less than 1700€ hopefully

>>
>>2726171

Only place I actually didn't feel safe in Paris
>>
>>2725562
Just make up a fake business reason and see what happens
>>
its funny that renting an airbnb in paris for a month is cheaper than renting an airbnb in some shithole city in the uk
