I tried posting on reddit (and /biz/) at one point but they all sperg'd out and never answered my questionMy wife and i are considering moving to Japan from the states in the next year for a variety of reasons. We are taking the next year to learn the language (ive already enrolled in uni classes with the goal of passing at least one proficiency test) and to try to work out a location transfer with my current job (multi national company, shouldent be too bad, income from just me is around 70kUSD).My question is:What can i reasonably expect for finances? what are some average bills for a family of 4? (we have two infant children)Could anyone provide a reasonable breakdown of electric/water/mortgage and whatever bills you could expect to pay?Ive done research on google and put together and excel sheet with averages that ive found so far but if anyone has some real life numbers i would greatly appreciate it. This would help me plan out a lot better.TIA, feel free to ask for any info that might helppic unrelated
