So about 9 years ago I got caught with a cap of mdma at a concert and had to go to court, section 10 non conviction. now I'm looking at going to the US. Do I risk not ticking the drug box on the esta application?

An autistic friend of mine who has a fixation with being transparent in front of authorities ticked the box because he was caught with weed some years ago and his ESTA was denied so he had to get a visa. I also got caught with drugs way back (I'm in the EU) but I didn't tick the box when I went to Miami this year. Nobody cares.

Should be alright lad. I'm in the UK, my dad got arrested for assault (not charged) and didn't declare it, just filled in the normal esta and had no problems As >>2735012 says declaring stuff they won't know about is shooting yourself in the foot
