Americans supposedly can work there for a year without a visa. I knew you could travel there for a year, but I saw somewhere, haven't verified, that you can work too with no visa. And as far as the women go, I've seen a wide range of phenotypes. Some have the palest skin, with pitch black hair, some are blonde, some a bit Asian looking, Indian as well.
