Where would you send a soon to be 29 year old man who's been in and out of relationships the last decade and is now coming to terms with the fact that they may never get married or need a family house and so they should just start traveling to see the further corners of the world while they're still in good shape?

I'm based in the US northeast and have already been to many national parks in the US, Alaska, the Caribbean, France, Italy, Austria, and Slovenia, almost all done solo. Can't take more than 18 days off work at a time (healthcare). So far I'm thinking:
>India
>Argentina
>Indonesia
>Kyrgyzstan
>Georgia

Cruises are generally for chilling, they're pretty terrible ways of experiencing a location, an exception being Glacier ones where cruises are ideal for them.

Indonesia is a blast. Going back this year.
