/trv/ I'm moving to a comfy beach town near Asbury Park, NJ.
Anyone live nearby? Is the town actually booming or is it all overpriced and sterile?

I'm only here for the winter (4 months), but really going to push myself to get the most of the "local scene". First time living solo too so any tips are welcome. I'm a NJ local but only moved back a few months ago after being away for about 10 years.
