Heading over to stay for two weeks in March most likely. Gonna stay with a girl I met through a family friend in Saigon for a few days at some nice hotel in D1 and then travel around the South pit stopping at her apartment if needed. Need some advice.I work at sea. Just taken a new job working 2 months on 2 months off. I'll be getting on and off the vessel in the maldives. They told me during the interview they'd be happy to fly me from to/from bangkok or kuala lumpur, rather than the UK where i am. The flight from Bangkok to HCM is cheap and quick.What i'm wondering is how i can make this work with the visa given that i'm working 2 on 2 off. is it possible with a tourist visa? maybe i'm going to have to rotate between thailand and vietnam.
