Honest thoughts on Cebu? I was thinking of including a stop in Philippines for a week before I go to mainland SEA. Manila is the obvious choice, but personally Cebu just looks far more interesting.

It occurred to me yesterday that you don't see many strollers around, which makes sense since strollers are fairly expensive for new ones. Plus, there's not a lot of good sidewalks around, so where would you even take the stroller? I asked my gf what do you do if you have a brand new baby- can you take it to S&R for example?
