The butterfly effect is pretty good.
This is one of my favorite movies, simply because it embodies a kind of feeling of uncertainty and mystique. I didn't think much the first time I saw it beyond the plotting being too complex to follow but the sensation of the movie stuck, there's something there that actually loops back, I think it's made to evocate that sensation of going back to the past betond replicating surface level aspect of it

At no point in the movie did the single guy show any desire of being jealous of the married guys wife and kid.
