Is the UK really as much of a bureaucratic hellhole as this show makes it out to be?
>>
>amazon original
wouldn't know
>>
it is a hellhole in every sense of the word, if we didn't have private healthcare my mum would've died because the shitbag nhs pajeet doctor wanted to take a "wait and see" approach to her treatment, the north atlantic should drown this miserable island and take us all to our watery graves

theres a lot of things that I hate about the modern world but bureaucratic bullshit is one of the worst as I get older, that and increasingly seeing more and more minorities that dont speak english everywhere I go, I'd take a negroid american over a mexican or indian 9 times out of 10
>>
That show is more watched than Rings of Power. Let that sink in. It has $500 of CGI, probably.
>>
>>214142407
Indians speak English though. The issue with them is the smell.
>>

For me it's Clarkson's Farm or old Midsomer Murders for good English scenic shows

Fuck the NHS. It's not fit for purpose. Everyone that doesn't live in a rich AF area or isn't a shitslamic rapefugee gets a third world service whilst paying the highest taxes in the world for it. Socialized medicine does not fucking work.

His "farm" is unprofitable without the show and he's causing problems to the community - loss-loss situation to everyone but him.
>>
>>214143078
It only ever worked when it started and there was a manageable population no fucking migrants and not a million fucking bed blocking old age boomer scum crashing the system.
>>

You are a fucking moron, he's helping the community by exposing how shit farming laws in England are. Every farmer I've met or heard about is on Clarkson's side, the only faggots who aren't are bureaucrats who profit off of exploiting the worker classes like slaves and limiting shit they need to live through pointless rules
>>
>>214143209
cry about it faggot
>>
>>214141459

we're talking about real countries not brown hellholes (I realize there's some valid disagreement on the uk here)
>>
>>214143332

>>
>>214143272
>how shit farming laws in England are
They're "shit" for a reason.
UK doesn't need more farmers, no developed nation does.
The only reason there is any farming whatsoever in the UK is due to food safety - as to not be (fully) dependent on other nations for food - i.e. to not have nation starve just because there happens to be a drought in Africa.
Farming in UK is inherently unprofitable - but it is accepted (to a degree) and (some) farms are subsidized for the reason above.
There is no reason to subsidize fake show-farm that will be closed as soon as the show will be cancelled - he is facing trouble by the very design of the system.
>>

It works in Australia

Doesn't need MORE, perhaps, yeah, but it needs some. It's an important sector and shouldn't be abandoned in any way whatsoever. This is about risk hedging.
>>
>>214143464

He only did it in the first place as an inheritance tax dodge. Why the fuck he, and every British person that has real money, doesn't just pick their favorite Asia Pacific country and just move is beyond me. Live somewhere nice and warm and fuck taxes.
>>

"Shit" farming laws are the limiting factor.
They're there to incentivize people to go into other industries.
>>

It's not their fault. It's the fault of the people who invite them all in without bothering to prepare the necessary infrastructure to accommodate them.

They're not blocking the beds by choice, the incompetent staff and general disorganisation are at fault for that. I'm sure they'd rather be at home.

>It's not their fault.
Of course it's their fault. People don't hate migrants just because they're from somewhere else, that's a Guardian spin. People hate migrants because they're shiftless bastards who milk every good-faith system we have for evewrything it's worth, who will always favour their own kind over the native population and who will never ever assimilate to our superior culture. insisting that we adapt to the inferior one that made their country such a hellhole. And that's their own fault, if they just weren't like that there wouldn't be a problem.
>>
>>214143431
Our health system does not fucking work.
There are people dying in emergency rooms all over the country every day because we don't have enough nurses. "Ramping" is the term used because hospitals literally have to put people outside on the ambulance ramp and tell them to wait out there because the emergency rooms are full.
Our government keeps sacking nurses to give themselves payrises.
There are no fucking Australian doctors in the country, they're all indians.
The government interferes with our medical industry at every single step, GP's can no longer even prescribe simple things for people because the government says "no that's not allowed".

>With its first — and now only — phase currently costed at between $58.4 billion and $70 billion by the UK government, Britain’s High Speed 2 (HS2) rail project now costs an eye watering $416 million per mile.
>It’s a metric that gives it the dubious honor of being the world‘s most expensive railway project.
>This month it was announced that nearly $130 million would be spent on a one-kilometer-long “bat shed” covering the track in rural Buckinghamshire to ensure high-speed trains do not disturb bats living in nearby woodland. It's weird seeing a nation like India. A majority of the population works in agriculture and there are 100 million small farms, and the government subsidizes it all.

There are some decent arguments on the left side there, but the real, fundamental problem with American healthcare is one that neither party is willing to point out:
>Americans are fat, lazy, and stupid

90% of all healthcare spend is for treatment of diabetes, COPD, and heart disease. All of these conditions are caused by obesity. You can argue about how to best administer healthcare until you're blue in the face, but the truth is that if people were healthier, we would all spend less and there would be better access to care for people who need it.

>Patents should be done away with and a single man slaving away for 20 years who's made an incredible discovery should have that discovery seized by larger, already in place corporations and told to fuck himself. This will surely drive innovation because according to a single bumfuck nobody that I quoted actually reimbursing people for their intellectual effort DEPRESSES innovation don't you know?

>Medicare and Medicaid looked at the lowest price cost of Insurance agencies and set themselves at that bar to make themselves more affordable. Actually I'm going to ignore that completely and accuse them of generating that price in the first place and boxing out other competitors because lol, lmao.

And I'm only half way down. Libertarianism has always been a fucking joke of a philosophy beloved by pseuds and armchair theorists who force all variables into their favor before presenting any point but christ on a fucking crucifix guy, look at the absolute state of this pasta. And you spread this shit to do what? Own the libs? You two deserve each other.

from a propaganda perspective, you aren't even expected to read the libertarian side, the presence of the wall of text signals "i know what i'm talking about" so it works in this context

That's not even remotely how it works. It bids up prices.
How do you retards deal with the fact we had less government intervention in healthcare in the 50s-70s and prices were radically lower than today? LOL

>Do away with licensure and permit any doctor to perform any task no matter their level of education and training. A one year intern should perform open heart surgery despite having a 4000% increased mortality rate on his table because he'll then only charge 2 grand for the procedure.
Why would you hire a random retard with zero credentials to do your risky life altering procedure?

Typical unionist paranoia. Libertarians don't advocate violence

No single man is slaving away for 20 years working on his own drug patent, you're watching too much Television & Film. And even that person existed, no one needs 20+ fucking years to make a huge profit with their drug. These ridiculously long patents only exist for greed.

>Do away with licensure and permit any doctor to perform any task no matter their level of education and training.

The very process of hiring someone to carry out a task means we vet for competency. That is the person is able to complete it without any major fuckups. No hospital is going to hire a guy that can’t perform a surgery well. The high mortality would be badrep for the hospital and many people would refuse to go there because of it. Second who says these kinds of doctors would start out doing heart surgery, they would like most people who start out in any kind field do smaller work first like carrying out stitching small wounds, diagnosing and prescribing small ailments etc. The fact that they are cases where people have been faking being a doctor and didn’t get caught for years is proof of this. Many of these people start out at the lower end. They don’t work in hospitals immediately but rather small time clinics. The people who do surgeries

>We TOTALLY believe in no government involvement but Unions should be busted

Again no libertarian has said this. Only that the government forces companies to side over resources that are clearly owned by them to unions who insulate their workers from any kind of competition. It’s the state and its use of force as a means of enforcing theft that we stand against. In a libertarian society people have rightful ownership over their labour and can withdraw it at any time. The union as an organization formed by workers built to protest and withdraw labour in hopes to for a better bargain on wages is lawful. When the state gets involved thats where the issue comes about. Let’s say the government comes in and forces a company to pay higher wages to its workers under the moral guise that it will help them. The implication is that the state as it stands can enforce one economic agent to pay more for any good, as long as there is a moral justification for it. This economic agent includes you as well
