>Season 1An absolute homerun. Exceptionally well executed script that doesn't overstay it's welcome. Every episode contains some element of plot escalation, people interact in interesting and entertaining ways and it all comes together in a tight and cohesive package. 10/10>Season 2Not as sharp or pointed as season 1, but still great overall. Some plotlines needed more work like the manager's coming out and the hookers, while others see eye to eye with S1's high level of quality (the two couples). Its best parts reach the highs of season 1, but it overall lacks its consistency. 8/10>Season 3A disappointment in almost every dimension except for production value and cast likability. The story and themes start out strong but end up going nowhere interesting. Most plotlines hardly develop further than their nid-season status and if they do they fall into such tired cliches that it's hard to believe they were written by the same person responsible for the other seasons. All the ominous build-up goes nowhere, the Darth Vader "twist" seen from a mile away is so pathetic it's sad and the dad's story is absolutely obliterated when stacked up to S1's dad who evolved from episode to episode. 8 episodes are not warranted in the slightest, the cast hardly interact outside their core group and the ending is far from satisfying due to its lack of commitment to any of the teased escalations. Saxon is the one positive surprise and Chelsea is probably the most likable character in the show overall. OST is great too but embarrassing writing and terrible pacing make it a 4/10 at best

I liked all three seasons for different reasons.Season 1 was the most grounded and ive actually stayed at that hotel so it was relatable. Family dynamic was great.Season 2 was really fun, great local, great ending, hilarious and i found each group interesting. Also Plaza was really fucking hot in it. Season 3 was the darkest and kinda the black sheep but i think it has the best episode of the series in the middle and probably my favorite characters overall. It just was a little wobbly on its landing.
