Sex is meaningful and important, and in many respects is the entire reason we exist, but also once you have it a few times it becomes much less important to you day to day. I was sort of an incel during COVID after a bad breakup and I was much, much angrier and more sour in general. I look back on my old posts from back then and cringe so badly. I even still have a lot of the same beliefs and attitudes as back then, but I don't fixate on them as much and I'm not as bitter and unpleasant to be around. Really, all you have to do it process that shit, use it as motivation to fix your life up a little, and get laid a few times and you will feel much better.
