He's 100% been getting regular blood work and other testing done and whoever is responsible for his health management has told him that he urgently needs to downsize. The amount of gear you need to take at 53 to look the way he did is quite substantial unless you're an insane hyper-responder. He was probably on test and whatnot when he was wrestling but he got a lot bigger in his early 40s when he transitioned to acting. So that's 10-15 years of heavy gear use.Even with the world class monitoring and doctors that he has you will reach a point of no return where permanent issues or premature death enter into the equation.
