I don't get it. Why do people like it so much? Everything I've seen of it just seems kinda dull to me. It's identity as a star wars property seems to be the only reason people care about it and the main thing holding it back from being good.
Do you think this show is going to stand the test of time as an all time great piece of television like Breaking Bad or The Sopranos?
The type of person who is keeping up with modern star wars shit seems really easy to impress considering the scenes that are praised like Luten's cringey monologue.

If you watch that scene the empire guy isn't really trying to rip her clothes off or grab her crotch or do anything a rapist would do in that situation. There's one moment you can see him kind of try to go for her breasts on instinct but sort of awkwardly retract his hands. In a better media ecosystem Andor could have just been an original mature sci-fi story but instead it has to be a Disney+ Star Wars show.
