There isn't a comfier movie than Blade Runner. The first time I watched it I fell asleep with how comfy it is with all the slow scenes, the jazz and the little light.

>>214225885For me it isn't comfy because it tries too hard to be comfy. Comfy movies imo are at best a natural extension of the comfiness of the culture they emerge from. The Holdovers is a 2020s pastiche of 1970s filmmaking tropes and early 20th century boarding school customs and mores.
