Is everyone in New Mexico retarded or just the cops? I've watched multiple videos on multiple channels and no department in that state ever seems to know anything.
Some highlights:
>following the wrong truck and still missing the spike strips 3 times
>tackling a guy and then asking if he is the right guy
>putting scared people on the floor and then handcuffing them while an active shooter is running around the store
