Looking back at the uruk hai, they are quite handsome in a rugged, savage way. Plus they're incredibly buff. But they're refined for the time, given that they have menus in their canteens. It'd be interesting to see how they integrate into Middle Earth's societies after Sauron's power over them is removed.
