I love the score but the story isn't anything special. Civilians get deliberately targeted in wars. It can be a very effective strategy. Look up Operation Meetinghouse.
It didn't make a big impact on me at the time, it was kind of funny, like a shitpost in videogame form. But thinking back there were a lot of people unironically into cod/battlefield zogslop and not being mocked anywhere near enough for it. I appreciate it a lot more in light of that.
