I don't really mind having a job. I'm a manager so I have like half a dozen employees. I call them my "guys" and pretend I'm Mike from Breaking Bad. I like to tell people I vetted them with great care even though I'm not involved in the hiring process at all. If I get a new guy I don't even have to train him because one of my other guys (rock solid) will train him. Because I told him too, I'm like the shotcaller from that movie, Shotcaller.
