More like pic related? Kind of crappy movies with an alternative feel, preferably horror
Joyride and gossip.

>>214412134Valentine is such a great throwback to the 70s era Giallos. And even better, it was such a red pill film about the evil of women that it remains untouched by bullshit direct to video sequels and remakes.
Didn't the studio pretty much unperson the film after it came out, because of the usual suspects IE feminists, screaming bloody murder over it being particular anti-women?
>>214412134I thought literally only I remembered this flick.I don't think I even watched most of it, but I never forgot that wham ending with boreanaz hugging the final girl and then his nose starts bleeding, revealing he was the masked killer all along. It took well over a decade for me to find the film and I wasn't sure it wasn't a made up memory.
>>214414272>>214414308I never even heard of it, I thought you guys were talking about bloody valentine 3d? I remember only tv trailers for lots of 00s films like the craziest or the covenant with the car reassembling while driving.
>>214414435The plot it pretty dark. A nerdy kid gets rejected by multiple popular girls at a valentine's day dance until the token fat rich girl who the mean girls keep around in their circle purely for spill-over perks of being friendly with her, kisses him. But then the fat rich girl cries rape after the other girls tell her that they saw her go up to him/take him away from the party, causing her to say that he forced himself onto her and the kid gets expelled, put into reform school, and basically gets abused by his fellow inmates to such an extent that when he gets out, he is now a borderline dysfunctional alcoholic played by David Boreanaz, that had to change his name to escape how the bitch ruined his life. He resurfaces having hooked up with a new edition of the mean girls clique who became friends with them in college and basically is planning to kill them all. Because he grew up to be a hot looking borderline functional drunk, none of the girls recognize him as the kid who's life they ruined nor do they tell their new friend about what they did until he leaves clues with the corpses of the women and their trashy boyfriends about his identity and even then, they think he grew up to be an ugly adult nerd, not Angel from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In the end, he kills the lead evil mean girl and arranges for the fat girl who falsely cried rape and destroyed his life to be framed for all of the murders (under the motive that she went insane with guilt and wanted to punish her "friends" for being evil bitches) and arranges for his girlfriend (who disowns all of her friends when she realizes what monsters they are) to basically not only confirm the frame job while keeping her 100% in the dark about his true identity and status as the real murderer, leading to the fat bitch being killed by the cops as she tries and fails to convince said girlfriend that she's innocent.
The funny thing about Valentine is that it's based on an actual book, but they basically changed EVERYTHING about it except for the costume of the killer. In the book, the killer basically is a low rent Patrick Bateman: a rich bored Chad Thundercock who one day starts killing women left and right after a woman he was dating dumped him before he could dump her. The book itself is pretty much an American Psycho rip-off: the killer murdering women left and right while talking about how rich and successful he is and basically getting away with everything (and will continue to kill) because he's super rich and handsome. Turning it into a drunken incel's long con mass killing spree was actually an improvement.
>>214413028Never watched the Skulls. What is it about?
>>214415180It's a thriller about a poor scholarship kid at an elite college who gets recruited into the college's secret society and slowly uncovers disturbing truths about what they do.
>>214415180Basically it's about a fictional version of the Skull and Bones society at IIRC Harvard. Scholarship poor guy Josh Jackson is offered a chance to join "The Skulls" IE Skull and Bones and bonds with Paul Walker and his father, a judge who is up for a supreme court nomination. His black best friend hates the Skulls and tries to break in to get proof of their corruption but gets caught by the judge (an alumni), who orders the president of not-Harvard to kill him. Which he does. With help from a Senator who is part of the Skulls, Josh Jackson manages to challenge Walker to a duel to the death, after his dad destroyed the proof he ordered the murder. The judge interferes with the duel when Walker refuses to kill Jackson, realizing that he was right that his father had an innocent man killed and refuses to kill him. Walker kills his dad and Jackson realizes that the Senator only got involved to get rid of Walker's conservative father so he wouldn't become a Supreme Court Justice. Jackson quits but they put out two direct to video sequels telling of more Skull (and Bones) corruption.
>>214412134House of a Thousand Corpses. I had my mom drive me across state lines on a school night to watch the film as my local movie theater wouldn't carry it and said theater the next state over was only showing it for one week only. In a bit of a fun factoid, my mom lit up when she saw Walt Goggins in the film, as she was a huge "In the Heat of the Night" fan and she commented after the film about how he was the show's go-to henchman actor on the show.
Hannibal. HBO's been showing it a lot in the last month and I recently rewatched it. It's probably one of the last big crime/horror films before the internet became part of modern life. And Julianna Moore is underrated in her role as Clarice that I am shocked that they didn't do more with her in terms of saying "fuck it" and make a couple of movie only spin-offs with her.
>>214415355I never saw the first one but my college suite-mate had the second one on DVD. Remember sneaking into his room to "borrow it" while he was away spending the weekend with his girlfriend and watching it. I did that a lot back in the days; "borrowing" my suitemate's movies to watch when he was out of town without telling him.
I only remember two things from this movie: The girl with some stuff in her teeth and the scene where the bullied kid kisses the fat girl.
Cry Wolf (2005), another film that probably only I watched. I don't remember much from it besides liking it back then. The main girl is a qt, it has Bon Jovi in it for some reason, also one of the supernatural guys right before the show started.
>>214415700Got stoned with friends and saw this in cinema Threw a unos pizza slice at group of annoying puerto ricans. Then after when we went to Mcdonalds, they did to, so we them faught them in the McDonalds parkinglot. I threw my mcflury in one of their face.So this movie brings me great memories of throwing pizza and milkshake at beaners.
Alien Hunter (2003) with James Spader, another film only I watched, I remember I really liked the part where they tour the facility in Antarctica.

>>214412134I just like this movie.
>>214416030>>214416228But those aren't crappy.
>>214414435>>214415625Only reason I remembered it was because it had a Deftones song in one scene
Came out about the same time as "Brotherhood of the Wolf" and got overshadowed by it. Very similar vibe, setting and time period
>>214417462It did help the director get that Catwoman movie.
>>214417617Never heard of it
>>214415439Your mom is cool, dont put her in a home if you can and treat her nice.

>>214419599And now it seems like a possibility in our lifetime. Crazy.
>>214416030My mom turned me onto this kino. Enjoyed it, but saw the animal posession coming.
