they're not related to each others at all. but they're similar because leone just reiterated on the same ideas 3 times with bigger and bigger budget. so you shouldn't watch them in order because of some plot or whatever, but because they keep getting increasingly bigger. first movie being a little village movie and the last one being an epic western. all are good obviously
