It exists in parts in 240p on yt but why can't I view the documentary in its original form (higher quality). I'd even buy it! It's a great documentary with no faffing about or fluff. It shows how it is to be a heroin junkie (in Europe) and 25 years later is still relevant.

We used to have a big heroin problem in Bulgaria in the late 90's and early 2000s. I used to see junkies as a kid all the time ( we used to live in a shady part of town ) but we even saw em downtown in the center. Around 2010 amphetamines completely replaced amphetamines and now there's barely any heroin users (except the gypsies in the slums) but I don't count them.
