Now that the dust has settled I think we can agree that S3 is where they peaked hard and it's been all downhill since then. I haven't even watched any episodes in the past few seasons, I might give it a shot when they announce a final season but they really destroyed their legacies by not cutting it off 10 years ago.

The Dinner episode was the only one that felt like a Always Sunny episode, not suprising considering it was a Dennis centric episode and he's carrying the show now.
I've been rewatching the entire series with my roommate for like the past couple months and it's bizarre. The humor up through like Season 8 or 9 is great and then it just starts getting so different. Skip to the newest stuff and it's unrecognizable. So gimmicky, so cartoonish, and so much of the humor feels so obvious. Stupid silly borderline magical things constantly happening out of sheer wild coincidence to one-dimensional clown characters. I don't enjoy it at all.
